I truly hate to write a negative review, but I only am in hopes to prevent others from having a…read moresimilar experience. Unfortunately, during a service, we believe a service provider at this location caused a crack in our oil pan that resulted in an oil leak. What raised concerns for us was that we were not informed about any crack until the end of the attempted service. The explanation they provided was that whoever serviced it previously had supposedly caused the damage over a year ago. However, our truck had only ever been serviced by the head of service at a Ford dealership, and there had never been any signs of leaking oil or any indication of a crack prior to this visit. After speaking with several mechanics afterward, multiple professionals agreed that the explanation we were given did not make much sense. If the crack had truly existed beforehand--which is already unlikely--it seems it would have been noticed immediately before attempting to refill the oil. Instead, we only learned about it after the service was attempted. We ultimately had to spend approximately $1,400 to repair the issue. What was even more concerning was that another customer had the SAME issue after receiving an oil change at this location just about a week before. I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, and I understand mistakes can happen. What matters most is honesty, transparency, and integrity when addressing those mistakes. Unfortunately, we did not feel that happened here, and we felt the situation was handled dishonestly. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through a similar experience.

Fraud is rampant at this shell location, I had a horrendous experience last month when I got gas at…read moretheir pumps. I paid at the pump to fill my tank and had a digital receipt (thank god for shell rewards it sends you e-receipt) but the attendant started claiming my payment didn't go through and that I'd have to pay inside or get cops called on me for leaving without paying (when I asked why did the gas dispensed at all, no answer to that). Anyhow, I show my digital receipt only to be called a liar and if I left I'd be charged with a theft. I had no choice but to pay again, of course when I asked to speak to a manager he was not at the store and that I'd get a call from him. Mark, the gas station owner, called me asking to email the digital receipt for investigation and that he'd get back to me in 24 hours. It's been a month I got no call back no refund and the corporate office doesn't care either when I made an online grievance. Fraudsters, stay away from this location if you can!!!
