She went back and they denied everything so she went to the dealership. Dealership total her plug was cross threaded. I didn't want to believe my guys I've trusted for so long would do us so shady. I took my truck in everything the guy touched was bad power steering fluid, transmission fluid, differential fluid. Basically leading me to believe I was going to break down any second if I didn't pay them $800 to change everything. I told him I'd go to the dealership, and I had a massive oil leak directly after. Took it into a different shop oil filter finger tighten half turn on the oil plug. All the stuff he claimed was bad the new shop said it was a lie. I wouldn't go there because they are up selling and if you don't pay they make sure you will later. Terrible

You just put your car in neutral and rolls right on through. I have been to other car washes and by far this is the best. I have also gone several times where something is broken or it is just closed. Several vaccums are always broken. My car never comes out clean. When you buy unlimited it isn't really unlimited. I went once not knowing my husband had gone earlier that day and was declined from entering.

The place is located on the corner of Sample/Sheridan, the entrance is a small driveway off of Sheridan. Pull up to the closed garage door and follow the sign: honk your horn and wait. They'll open up the door soon enough and wave for you to drive in. From there you can choose your services: a basic car wash includes vacuuming all but the trunk. You will need to take your stuff off the floor though or they'll ignore those spots. The trunk is additional to the posted $15. The wheels weren't washed, but the body was fine and their shop vac did justice to my husky's fur on my dark seats! I also added a small tip for their quick and efficient service! (And for making it out there alive!)
