Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.

It's hard to find a place that can provide straw bales that can guarantee they haven't been treated with pesticides and herbicides, but Metlars Farms said they could. Prices were extremely reasonable, and delivery was incredibly fast: 24 hours after making the call, I had 20 straw bales in my garage! The straw is great, and we are seasoning it for planting in May! They make the bales a little longer than average, for planting purposes. This is a very friendly and knowledgeable place, who didn't seem to think it was the least bit crazy to deliver all that straw to a postage stamp yard in a pretty urban suburb. We are hoping to become regular customers if all goes well this year! Excellent service and so far, a product that seems like it will be perfect for gardening.

My elderly landlord ended up clearing the mess himself because he didn't want us to deal with it -- and in doing so, he injured himself. Today, I came home to find even more damage. More disturbingly, our fence is now broken, and there are dismantled fence posts and debris all over the garden. Our own beloved crab apple tree seems in danger of being irreparably damaged. Once again, no cleanup, no communication, and no accountability. When my upstairs neighbors attempted to speak to the crew on Friday, they were met with rudeness and complete dismissal. This company showed zero professionalism, care, or respect for neighboring property. If you care about your home or that of your neighbors, avoid M&D Landscaping.

Now they don't answer my calls or messages anymore so it's time for reviews and also I will take other measures. This stays up here until i get working fans and an apology.
