This company has the WORST customer service. We hired them for our HOA towing needs. They never return phone calls (Erica) who is supposedly their main manager. We called her cell numerous times and no courtesy return call. Then their dispatcher suggests that we cancel our agreement, because there's lots of Tow companies out there. WOW!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FEES! Ran out of gas, gas station was closed. When I returned my car had been towed to this crappy place. When I got there it had been maybe 2 hours at the most. Had my gas can ready, but NOOOO I had to 1st WAIT for a tow truck to return so they could charge me damn near another $100 for the tow up to the front of this Crack Pot lot. Horrible experience, I had parked in front of my clients garage door hazard lights on since I was doing a pickup for my client. As we're gathering a few items, my client tells me "someone is stealing your car!" and she runs downstairs. This guy gets in my clients face then starts pretending that he has been injured when he got in my client's face. This genius did not realize that I spoke Spanish, as he tells someone that he's speaking with over his headset "estaba pescando" (I was fishing) $400+ they charged to get my car back. While we waited for Metro, a neighbor told us that this same sad little man towed his car out of his garage and damaged his driveway because the vehicle "looked unatended" These people are the parasites. read more

I had an incident where my HOA's management company towed my car WITHOUT notice AND THEN they painted the curb red afterwards (which I. am still dealing with, btw)... and although I did not like the fact that my car was unlawfully towed by the management company, Victory was only following orders and I'm still dealing with the HOA/Management. Even though it wasn't an ideal situation, Dan at the office was personable and helped ease the frustrating situation. So one star for him. But in my research, I found out that Nevada Law says the you aren't supposed to charge storage fees until after 48 hours. Check your receipts. I asked Erika about them and she promptly gave me a refund so that was nice of them to rectify whose charges. And one star for that. For reference: Nevada law (NRS 706.4479) "An operator shall not charge any fee or cost for the storage of the motor vehicle until at least 48 hours after the motor vehicle arrives and is registered at the place of storage. If the motor vehicle arrives at the place of storage after the regular business hours of the place of storage, the 48-hour period begins when the regular business hours of the place of storage next begin." read more

Got my card towed here for leaving it somewhere I shouldn't have. paid the fees no problem but my car had 2 perfumes Valentino and different one worth about 400 total and a walking takie that I had in a the center . Both perfumes missing and walkie talking in a different place . And dispatcher called the manager and a simple no one went in the car but someone had to the seat was moved and all that . Absolutely terrible company to use for any services they offer (if anything other than towing). It's the holiday season and they are the most expensive company to use to get your vehicle released after a tow irregardless of that reason. One employee said that "they don't cater to us"... I believe that was Erica. Additionally, they had surprise fees added on top of their original charge. This company seems to upcharge but doesn't reinvest into the business because when I entered their establishment, my husband and I were on alert because of the location. I would never use this company or contract for their services because if they treat their customers like they don't care, their business partners will feel that as well. Don't trust ANYTHING they say! Record everything and get everything in writing before you show up! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They towed my mom's car and it had only been towed for not even 12 hours. First, the lady (Erica) told my mom that it is cheaper before 8am. My mom repeated it 3 times just to confirm. She uber'd from 30 minutes away to make sure she was there before 8am and when she got there, the lady told her that it's going to be more expensive since she's there early. So she had to wait there outside in the middle of nowhere for an hour until 8. Then, it's finally 8 o'clock and the lady told her it would be $125 more than what she said on the phone. For the last two hours she was telling my mom it was going to be $400. Once it came for my mom to finally post she said the total is $525 but she never said that on the phone. My mom also repeated it multiple times prior just to make sure. Erica said since it was a holiday (Juneteenth) that they charge more, but again that was never stated on the phone, which was on the same day. I then called them to ask for more information and the lady said "I'm not doing this today bye" and hung up. People who own tow companies are usually never good people so I'm not surprised, but this is by far the worst and most expensive experience for absolutely no reason at all. Richard was my savior!!!! I was stuck on sand in the middle of unknown road of a desert in Nevada. I was heading to Seven Magic mountain with google map but my car is Audi A6 and the road was filled with sand and rocks. GPS wasn't showing my location exactly but Richard kept calling me hundred times to find me in the middle of desert and came to me. He showed up with his white big truck and got me out of there. My car broke down at the store yesterday. I made several calls to different tow companies who quoted me absurd rates. When I called Victory the lady on the phone was very sweet and offered me a rate 90% cheaper than the other companies. Tow truck companies have terrible reputations but Victory breaks the mold. They are the best tow truck company I've dealt with and will use them again. I'm sure with the price of gas operating a large tow truck is not cheat but Victory certainly has the right price. read more

Nice staff however our transaction was very unprofessional. The driver drove off without collecting payment, I was obsessively called from three different numbers like some harassing bill Collectors . they called my training manager and embarrassed me and told her I hadn't paid my bill, I get home to have them standing outside my garage like some loans sharks . Very very unprofessional you should never do that ever again. But they got my car home safely and showed up in a very reasonable amount of time . Horrible experience. Told me it was going to be an hour wait, it turned out to be two hours. I even had a tow truck pull up next to me asking me if I needed help while I waited. Apparently the driver passed by me three times but never saw me even though I was on the side of a freeway exit in a white car. Although the people on the phone I talked to were nice and apologized, they never offered anything to make it right. When I asked if I could receive any compensation for being an hour late (and I had to ask, it was not offered), they said the best they could do was $10 off. When I went to pay he said "Cash only." Thankfully I was at home and my wife had cash on her, but no where on the description or in any phone call was I told it was cash only. I am displeased with the driver who never apologized for being late, with him being an hour late, the owner who only offered me $10 off and that was only after I asked, and finally no where did anyone tell me it was cash only. I'm extremely disappointed and will not use them again. read more
