Although parking is pretty scarce in this area, I was able to park nearby your residential street. The store is beautiful inside. Plants are all well kept and the art on the walls are vivid and gorgeous. They have an incredible selection! I don't have a lot of knowledge for plants, most of my plants in the past were purchased at farmers market or swap meet. I paid slightly under $70 for two plants. I thought that was expensive. I would still come back here for another plant and I would definitely recommend coming here, with the large selection of plants they have.

I went a couple of weeks ago and was immediately greeted by the employees who were just finishing up with another customer. I told them what I was looking for and they had great recommendations for raised beds - the Fox Farm Ocean Forest Blend was an amazing deal there! I also asked for a good potting soil for my indoor plants and I got a huge bag at the fraction of the price I was paying to make my own blend. Great customer service and they even helped load everything into my car. I'll be back again soon for sure!

It's catered to hydroponics but you don't have to be into that style of growing to find this store useful. It's located in a random business park & the entrance is in the back. At first glance it doesn't seem like much but step inside & there's everything you need from netting to cloning gel. A big bag of the Fox Farm soil was $14. Such a steal ! I haven't seen it that low anywhere. I will be coming back here for more when I run out. Friendly service too.

This freeway-friendly location offers amazing deals and a super amazing selection / variety. The workers are helpful although it's largely a do-it-yourself operation. Walk the yard, walk the greenhouses, walk across the street where there are bigger plants, bring a sun hat, bring boots or shoes that can get muddy, and have at it! You will undoubtedly load up your cart with many wonderful and luscious plants that are seriously, 1/4 the price of Home Depot and H& H nursery. You will seriously love this place. Not long after planting, the tree didn't seem to be developing properly, so I stopped by looking for advice. The experience was disappointing. The employee helping me appeared visibly intoxicated in the middle of the day (someone I believe is connected to ownership, as I had met him during the purchase). He was unhelpful and dismissive, so I left without any real guidance. I continued trying to care for the tree, but within two months it died. When I returned to ask whether there was any warranty, replacement option, or even assistance toward purchasing a new tree, I was met by a rude employee who immediately became defensive, repeatedly emphasizing that they are a "family-owned business" while offering zero accountability or solutions. Instead, I was blamed for the tree dying, despite the fact that I had already come in previously asking for help. For a business that sells and installs expensive trees, I expected at least some level of customer service, support, or professionalism. Instead, I got poor advice, no accountability, and an overall hostile experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would recommend others do the same. Update: After digging up the dead tree, it was obvious why it failed. The root ball was extremely tight and root-bound, likely from sitting too long in the nursery box. It only had two mature roots supporting it, and both had been cut during removal and installation. They also didn't use fresh soil when planting it, which gave it little chance to establish. I went to another family-owned nursery afterward, and the difference was clear--they stood behind their product and offered a one-year warranty.

It's more vintage than nursery. They have gobs of old things and old things holding plants. In all honesty, I was shocked at the limited plant offerings, they had a reasonable grouping of small succulents but I don't recall seeing normal nursery options. Rather scant selection of flowering plants and shrubs my mother in law picked up a wee succulent and the price was reasonable. A few items had prices. It was like a garage sale in that you had to ask about each item individually. I felt somewhat panicked at the chaotic layout and setting. I had a strong urge to leave. I'm sooo disappointed and will not return.

In fact, many of the plants were rather middling, with soil looking dry when most inventory are tropical houseplants. Was it the heat at the time I visited or negligence? I'm not sure, but even with seemingly fair prices as plant shops go (4" philodendron Brazil was $12), it's harder to buy a plant that looks sickly. In addition to plants, Rooted also carries housewares and refills for shampoo, body wash, etc. I can't speak to the prices because I have a similar store within walking distance that I typically bring my dispensers to.
