I had seen an ad on a local facebook page and upon doing research I saw they had solid 5 star reviews so I decided to make the call & left a message. I was quickly contacted by Joe, we discussed all the issues with my home computer and he set up a remote call for 2pm. At exactly 2pm Nick called me and remotely took control of my computer to clean it up and reset a bunch of things. He told me it would take about an hour and he would call me when it was done. After the hour, Nick called, we discussed a few remaining issues concerning my email & printer, Nick showed me an easier way to control the scanner, fixed the email issue. In short, they were miracle workers with my device. Everything is working so perfectly now, I feel like I have a new computer AND during this pandemic no one had to come into the house, all remote. Found Pinti Electric via internet search (at work) - they came over reviewed the situation and (1) saved me (and my dogs) from harm by informing me there was a LIVE wire down in my yard, (2) came the next morning (on time) to repair/replace all my electric issues, and (3) contacted PSEG to inform them that the main wire is damaged and MUST be replace by them. Left everything cleaned up and looking amazing. Will be using them again as I now plan to upgrade my electric panel as they explained/showed me it is ORIGINAL to the home - built in the 1940's !
