My friend and I and our kids visited this coffee house on her recommendation. She said that there's a kid corner and she takes her kid to that area often. It was nice to see the cute little kid corner, as that's not something you see in many places, especially after COVID. I got the Honeysuckle Tea unsweetened (which my picky toddler actually enjoyed), 2 bagels with butter and cream cheese and a cup of tomato soup. The gal who helped me out, was very conscientious and asked or looked to make sure certain items didn't have eggs in their ingredients. A solid "it's OK" from my first visit to this one. Parking was super hard to come by. We stood in line to order and then didn't know what to do after placing our order; it took awhile to figure out you pick your order up around the corner from where you order. We took a seat and waited. They were calling names as orders were completed and we were paying attention but our name was never called or if it was, it was mumbled, because we were close by and paying attention. Finally noticed two different sized mugs sitting on the counter & went up to find out they were ours. The drinks: a chai and an americano were acceptable and passable but not much else. They make a fantastic London Fog, probably because they use high quality teas (Harvey & Sons). We usually use their drive-thru for convenience, and the staff are always quick and helpful. Inside, the ambiance is an interesting blend of coffee shop and corporate office lol. This is our favorite coffee shop in town. read more

Coming from Sacramento and moving here I was worried about not finding quality specialty coffee. Vienna has been voted best in the area for a few years now though so I had to check it out. I've been back many times since my first visit right after moving here, and each time has been great! The baristas have all been so friendly too. They have a lot of indoor areas to sit and even a lounge and a cute back patio outdoors with a creek in view and shaded tables. Lots of merch to purchase like coffee mugs and tumblers, and they sell their own beans and tea too. You can get Hammies Sammies macarons here and other local pastries. They have a yummy list of specials on their board along with regular choices too but don't miss the smaller laminated cards on the counter listing their current seasonal specials! read more

Busy little coffee shop, both inside and in the drive-thru! Plenty of tables and seats so it wasn't crowded at all. The wait was about 15-20 minutes for a cold brew and a croissant (pain au chocolat). I wish I could say it was worth it, but the cold brew was not great...and the croissant was not as light as I normally have it, but it had a great amount of chocolate in it and definitely helped to quell my hunger.  The lady at the counter was super nice and it seemed the entire staff had the same bright energy. If I'm ever back here, I definitely want to try some of their hot breakfast, but maybe skip the cold brew. read more

It had been way too long since I had my fix of their Ethiopia coffee. So I got a cup and a bag of beans to go. There used to be a time when you could find some there blends in the grocery store, I do wish they would return with the more popular ones as I just don't get to Maryville enough to grab a bag or two. What a CUTE coffee shop. We saw people of all ages here! I enjoyed the Muddy Mocha and my husband had a London Fog. Both were delicious! Favorite local coffee spot! I swear they have the best chai tea latte I've had, iced or hot! It's so perfectly balanced that I send people there just to try it and they've all been impressed! They also offer seasonal specials and I've yet to order anything off it that wasn't amazing. The atmosphere is very chill and inviting, quiet but still lively. It's exactly the type of coffee shop you'd go to work on a novel.. or fall in love. It's just that sort of place. The staff has always been super friendly and go out of their way to ask how your day is going, component something you're wearing, etc. it's not forced and transactional, the staff truly seems to care. The only thing I'd ding them on is the parking can be rough at times, and there is usually a long wait due to their popularity, but they can't do much about parking and the latter is a "good" problem. Huge fan of local coffee shops but after four visits just think it's time to give up on this place. Have been here multiple times hoping for a better experience but seems to be the same. Pros: Space is large and comfy which is great. Staff keeps tables cleaned which is nice. Tables outside too. Plenty of parking outside and if lot full street parking. Sweets were delish. Lemon bread and macaroons very flavorful. Cons: Service is sadly lacking. Staff not friendly and kind of feel like bothering them when ordering. Get that service industry can be rough (been there) but feeling welcome is pretty basic. Coffee drinks have been inconsistent. Drip coffee tasted burnt one visit. Lattes were underwhelming. Drink specials not worth the cost if you can't taste the flavors. Breakfast sandwiches (egg and cheese biscuit) dry and overcooked both times. Why do I keep coming back? Just keep hoping they can be my go to place. Looks like I need to keep looking. read more

Every time I have been here, even if they are slammed or are annoyed with some customers, they are incredibly nice and are never unprofessional in their response. A great local coffee shop, perfect to get some work done with a delicious cup of coffee and a pastry. The space is huge so you won't have a problem finding a table for the most part. I've gone during the week and on the weekend, and have always managed to find a seat to settle down. They always have a couple of special lattes depending on the season but the ones on their everyday menu are just as delicious. The nitro brew is my go to alternative instead of an iced coffee. They also have pastries to choose from for when you're on the go or a full menu of crepes, sandwiches, and salads. You can also buy coffee beans to have a fresh cup of coffee at home. Great coffee shop with a variety of seating options including tables for studying & working or couches for hanging out with friends. I stopped in yesterday with two other people, and we enjoyed a mocha, an iced chai latte, an Italian soda, a muffin, and a cinnamon roll. Everything was excellent. They have a microwave set up in the front corner so patrons can heat up the baked goods if they want, which we took advantage of. I usually stop by on Saturday mornings and the place is always busy. When the Farmer's Market is going on across the street, be prepared for a longer wait. I've seen the line out the door before. I have been a steady customer. It is amazing how just one aspect and/or experience can turn someone off from remaining a steady customer. The place is wonderful with wonderful people. One young lady (I probably do not have to identify her) is very condescending and bossy. I ordered a salad and in the past with ALL other employees ask for hummus instead of feta cheese. Initially, I offered to pay an upcharge but in every instance I was told don't worry about it. This employee stated, "what you WANT is no Feta and added hummus for an up charge." (In a scolding tone). I replied in the past I was not charged. She replied, " we cannot do 100 (!) special orders or else we will go out of business." Judging from the business I observe it does not seem as if you are going broke. She also is the only person that does not allow me to pour my almond milk. Instead, she drops about 1/100 of an ounce and keeps repeating is that enough? Overall, she is just a very condescending person who is unnecessarily assertive. I am not sure if the management thinks that having such a person is good for but I will assure you it is not good for my business. What a silly move. You won't see ma again. What a great little local coffee shop! This is prob the coziest (yes I said the coziest) coffee shop I've seen. From table seating to a booth or a couch next to the fire. You'll find yourself warm and comfortable here. Great place to chill with friends, for work or just some you time. The coffee is wonderful with a great selection for you to take home too if you choose. RUDE and incompetent service. DANGEROUS place with no remorse. Firstly, I told the worker that I have an allergy. They proceeded to give me a drink with the very thing I am allergic to WITHOUT an apology whatsoever. The girl literally laughed rather than apologizing. I could have gotten hurt and they did not care. I should have known then that this place wasn't worth returning to. The second visit, there was a lady taking things off of the wall right next to me and my 3-year-old daughter as we were trying to drink our hot chocolates. She then proceeded to take something very heavy off the wall and it came crashing down onto our table right next to my daughter. It was scary as the object was so heavy. Everyone looked and the lady literally only looked at the object and checked to see if it was ok and didn't even look at us or apologize at all. That could have hit my daughter! It was honestly the strangest most bizarre thing and was very worrisome that they would allow people to do that by a table with a child there. The place was so busy she really could have hurt someone. Lastly, this last time we came, my husband attempted to go through the drive thru. There was a worker blocking the drive thru while he was talking to a group of (presumably) friends. My husband asked them to please move so he could go through the drive thru and the worker tried to act all tough yelling " Are you taking to me? If you're in such a hurry, you should have left earlier" and other rude things to him, for simply trying to get to the drive thru of the employee's WORK. Then, the worker went in and the lady at the drive thru told my husband to wait a few minutes. He attempted to order our drinks and food once she returned and then she told him that she would not complete our order for us. She said "I'm not making that for the drive thru" (????) and was terribly rude. I will say that there was one time I went and the lady working that day was very nice and gave my dog a treat. That was the only good experience we have had at this establishment. After reading the other reviews, it appears we are not the only ones dealing with these sorts of events. AVOID!!! read more
