I was really pleased with my experience with Vienna Glass, who my contractor referred me to in order to complete my bathroom renovation. Ken was our sales manager, and he was very easy to work with and responsive with emails. I wished he was a little more proactive with calling me to provide updates, but he warned me ahead of time that's not his strong suit. He was, however, incredibly accurate about timing and communicating the process to me, and everything went smoothly. The installation really a standout as well, with the same team that took measurements handling the installation. They were polite, respectful and efficient. While I cannot tell you about the quality or if it will stand the test of time, I can tell you that I felt comfortable having them in my house, they gave me a great rate and were extremely professional. read more

We were in need of having a number of screens repaired, and remembered that Vienna Glass (when they were in Vienna) was one of the few companies offering this service. After checking their website, and location (now in Manassas) and hours, I gathered together ten screens and two screen doors to take to their shop. When I arrived, Marie greeted me warmly, measured each screen, and detailed needed parts; the repairs would typically be completed within three days. On the morning of the third day (3/20/20), she called to say they were ready for pickup. Thank you, Vienna Glass, especially Marie, Diane, and Bolton (who performed the actual screen repair) for making this project a big success. read more

We have now used Vienna Glass two times since they moved from Vienna. The service is excellent and although we just had three sheets of glass replaced, they couldn't have treated us with more courtesy. We needed new sweeps around the frameless shower door. Karen called to arrange the work, and was treated very nicely by the guy she spoke with. The office called her a couple of days ahead, to confirm the appointment. The workers showed up on time today, worked swiftly and efficiently, and did a very nice job. UPDATE (as of 13 August): I did have a phone conversation with Mr. Williams after he saw my review and spent 30 minutes blaming my property manager for their misdiagnosis and their requirement to communicate via email (for their clients). He claimed to have a passion for his family's company, but he came across as unprofessional and whiney when blaming my property manager. Further, while Mr. Williams "agreed" to reduce the charge by 50%, Vienna Glass has still not refunded the charge to my property manager. I am still not inclined to change my opinion on Vienna Glass. UPDATE (as of 17 October): Mr. Williams never refunded the 50%. I stand by my review. read more

The measuring staff came on time to the minute as did the installers. High quality product (we had a frameless glass door installed) and excellent customer service. I wanted to write a 5 star review - because the job was done quickly, and efficiently, and the price was reasonable. It was great that they came out the next morning, and took care of the door that we needed repaired for the business here. I took a star off because of the payment issue. We were advised that a check or CC# would be requested at time of service. When he asked for payment, we were right in the middle of a rush (this is a small coffee shop), and needed to have the owner provide her CC info. It took us between 5-10min, from the time he asked for payment, to get her on the phone, confirm the job was complete, and have her do the payment with a Credit Card. We were barely even given that opportunity. I guess because we didn't have the CC info at that moment, they called and said they were going to "undo" the repair and remove replacement part, making us a little frantic. We have other handymen and repair companies we use, and sometimes they want to keep a CC on file, other times they wait until she calls in payment, but never have they finished a job, and within a couple minutes advised they were going to take the part back if no payment....seems like we should be told in advance that payment needs to be received within 2min of service, or down payment, or something... read more
