Food is delicious! Dumplings and Wontons are the best! Service could be better. We had to get up and ask for items (napkins, utensils, straws) a couple times because our server was in the back on her phone and forgot to bring things we asked for. Everything I tried here was really good. My eyes are bigger than my stomach and I got a bunch of stuff. The staff were very friendly and I give their customer service 5/5. The pho was average, we got one with crab in it and I did not like that it was imitation crab and with the warm broth it was slimey. We also got the appetizer combination, see photo. I'm new in the area. I was feeling a little sick and was feeling some good Pho so when I looked up some places this was the closest to my place and it had great reviews so I decide to try it. Well I should of not tried it . The only 1 start was for the girl that answer the phone because she was really nice but when I order I told her I wanted a Wonton egg noddle soup but theirs come with bbq pork which i don't really care for, so I told her that if she could do grill chicken instead, she said she could for $1 dollar extra. I told her it was fine as long as it wasn't sheared chicken or else I'll just keep it the way it is. She said she would ask and told me that yes they could. Sent my bf to pick it up when he gets here all wrong!!!!! Like I specifically said I don't like shared chicken!!!!! Then It didn't even came with egg noodles they were rice noddles instead and the veggies that they put on it not fresh at all only thing that looked fresh was the cilantro and the jalapeño oh and for the wontons only had 2 small wontons like come on !! You charge so much for this soup and it's a Wonton soup and had only 2 !!!! .... Broth wasn't even special at all just alright. I won't be coming back for sure I'll prefer drive back to Fort Collins to have a wonton egg noodle soup for $10 dollars and better quality!!! read more

Parking: 3/5 Situated on the corner of a busy strip mall, there is plenty of parking around and in front of the restaurant although you will likely have to park further away once it opens and begins to fill up. Inside: 3/5 Nothing special on the inside just a Casual eating room with some Vietnamese touches here and there. Lots of tables sat closely together in a large room. There are some tables right next to the check out counter which if i was dining there might feel a little awkward to eat while people are in line waiting to pick up their order. Food: 3/5 The food was decent. It is a healthier option than the surrounding fast food, but is it tastier? not really. The value is slightly over priced for the serving size and the side salad was just cheap lettuce topped with a few slices of tomato and onions designed to take up space on the plate. The entree was decent. the meats texture was poor and the sauce was watery and could've had more flavor. The egg fried rice was bland, and flavorless, however the texture was good and once mixed with the sauce of the main entree tasted good. I had a couple spoonfuls and tossed it away. Over all it was good but i would not come back here as there are much better options a few miles away. Service: Cant really rate as i called ahead and picked up my order. The lady said that it would be ready in 5 - 10 minutes, which let me know that nothing was prepared fresh. read more

Ordered one Fried Ginger catfish (whole) and one Fried Ginger catfish (fillet) with fried rice, egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, and egg rolls. We received two catfish fillets and they were horrible. They both were like shoe leather. Bite into one and it had no give. It would not come apart. The skin was very tough. The fried rice was very bland. The soup and egg rolls were good. $66 is a lot to pay for 2 small soups and 4 egg rolls. read more

Ordered takeout and when I arrived home was VERY displeased to see that both of the containers of broth were only 1/2 filled. The pic I have attached shows my bowl with the broth already in the bowl... that's correct... the broth is already in the bowl! Ridiculous! I hope and will 100% understand if there is a broth shortage in the pho industry. But after researching I could not come up with any info on that type of shortage. I dont expect any type of response from anyone, I just wanted everyone to see the quality of customer service received. If anyone does reach out, I would hope a valid explanation can be given. Ever since the original owners sold the restaurant the quality has fallen dramatically. The sesame chicken once stood head and shoulders above other restaurant versions with its light and crispy taste. Now it's taste the same as every other Chinese joint in town. The wanton soup is watery. The lemon grass pork is watery. And tough too. To boot, they've raised prices across the board. Oh well. It was nice while it lasted. read more

I got my little girl the rice paper wraps. Our amazing server, Helena, sat down next to her and showed her how to make them properly. As a were carrying our leftovers out the hostess noticed sauce leaking into my bag. the whole team whisked them back into the kitchen to re-box & re-bag the leftovers. ILEGALLY CHARGING EXTRA!!! I made an order tonight and added extra hoisin sauce. The total was 67.00 with all the extras. Nothing online or in my online order receipt or stated I would be charged extra for this. When I picked up my order I asked for chili sauce since it wasn't included in our bag. The manager tried to charge me $3.00 for the extra sauce, I told her I wasn't paying extra for something that should have been included. When you dine in they don't charge you extra for any of the sauces. A few hours later I notice I had a new charge of $71.17 and $67.00 with the $67.00 being credited back. I called and the manager told me that I was being charged for the extra sauce that I ordered and refused to correct it. I told her that I didn't agree to that and its illegal to upcharge someone for something they didn't agree to. She was so rude, prideful and scandalous about the fact that I ordered extra hoisin sauce. First off they only give you (maybe) like two table spoons for each take out order of pho, second I didn't even get the amount of extras they are charging me for. I know it's $4 but it was the disgraceful principle behind it. I couldn't believe the complete disregard for professionalism and customer service. I know this is likely a family owned business becuase no one would treat customers like that unless they knew they could get away with it, but this lady literally went out of her way to illegally charge me after I paid the agreed upon price and then proudly accepted her actions. We got into a heated argument because I told her what she did was illegal and when I told her she cant do that she hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owners number and she laughed and proudly gave it to me like she knew the owner would have her back. I doubt the owner will be any better at this point. We have been going here nearly 15 years, spent thousands of dollars with them and always gave them referrals from personal to business. After this I will never spend my money here again. And YES! I'm currently filing a fraudulent claim against them. I'm also going to report them to the proper Colorado authorities for restaurant regulation. They really need to understand that it's illegal to unknowingly charge a customer any charge without consent. I can imagine how many people a day are being charged extra and not even knowing it. Thankfully I have my online receipt and debit card transactions to prove what they are trying to do. read more

Coming from Cali, we know asian food. This dive is a place that reminds me of home. Ordered some summer rolls here, i think they just call it egg rolls here. The skin was crispy with the slightest perfection of chew. The flavors of the pork went well of the classic marinade and glass noodles/tree mushroom mix. Excellent dish. Considering this place is catered to the population in Colorodo, they did have some nice fusions. I went with my BF, she ordered the chicken wrap. I was like... theres no chicken wraps in our culture... a wonderful stirfried chicken came out with a great completment of dipping sauce to assist should u need more flavor pleasantly suprised me. I didnt order a main dish but from what my friend tells me, this is her joint for Pho Tai. The meat came cooked all the way through, where we come from, it comes with the raw slices peaking through to show freshness, but again to cater to the population, I believe the intent was to not scare off customers.
