Unassuming spot in plaza off federal, friendly staff, quick service, family owned. Normal portions and prices, solid Vietnamese food. Can speak for the grilled pork rice plate, pho, spring rolls. Mango Smoothie was ok

Right when I walked in the door, it smelled like grease trap or sewage. The guy who took my order was nice and professional. I placed a to go order of the sesame chicken, rare steak pho, and the pork spring rolls. It was about 30 min to close, order took about 15 to make. The sesame chicken was good. lt had a good chicken flavor that was seasoned well. The coating was the perfect amount of crispy and the sauce was the right amount of sweet without being too much. The Pho was okay. The hoisin sauce and the sriracha were in the same container and there was only one tiny cup of it. The veggies, noodles and beef seemed pretty fresh. The beef was a little bloody so that threw me off a bit but I boiled the broth when I got home and pored it over all the vegetables. It was tender and not to hard. The broth wasn't bad but I felt like it needed something. Lastly, the pork spring rolls, terrible. The peanut sauce seemed watered down. There wasn't a strong peanut flavor that I'm used to. The ratio of noodles, lettuce and pork were very unbalanced. And the pork was extremely dry. It did not seem to of been seasoned well and was over cooked. If I were to return I would probably only get the sesame chicken.

So for once I was not the hungover person but rather Alfie was and I suggested pho as naturally it helps with the hangovers and now that we are in the full swing of fall I've been craving some soup!! Now as I was a vegetarian for quite some time, tofu Pho had always been my go too, but now that I am in full swing carnivore mode I decided to try something different. I ordered Alfie the P7 Well done Brisket and Flank and P15 Well done flank for myself. And of course my favorite Vietnamese egg rolls as an app and a cacao boba smoothie. We went to pick the order up and it was ready waiting 10 min before it was supposed to be that was nice. Luckily I checked the order (it was in a big box) because they tried to forget my boba smoothie. Luckily I just let him know and we, like the heathens we are, ate our egg rolls as we waited. They were delicious; the perfect texture and crispiness. I looove those things so much haha. We got home finally and unpacked our soups and were a little let down at a) the amount of meat they give, it was pretty sparse and b) the fattiness of the meat. By the Time we picked all the gelatinous fat off the meat there was not much left from an already small portion. Another thing was that Alfie was supposed to have two meats (brisket and flank) but it looked to be the exact same as what I ordered (just flank) so that was interesting. But upon tasting the broth i thought It was pretty damn good and tasty. And when I got some of the few pieces of meat that was pretty tasty too, I just wished there was more. I would probably order double meat next time. I will definitely order from them again as it was pretty damn tasty and flavorful, however what I mentioned is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star review.

WE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! we have never had a bad experience until delivery. This is the second time we ordered two medium phos and received smalls. I called after we placed our order to make sure they saw that they we mediums and we still got smalls!!! I am writing this hoping that they pay better attention to the online orders.

Such slow service, ordered Togo and it took over an hour for the food to be ready when it wasn't even busy inside, would not eat or order from here again to say the least. Manager up front just kept lying saying it would be up in a couple minutes but sure enough 10 minutes later still there, 20 minutes, etc. there's an over abundance of pho places already, support a different one that actually tries. I could even see in the back and there were at least 2-3 people just standing around doing nothing, run your business or better yet give up and stop wasting space and other people's money

A last minute lunch choice lead my Mom and me to Saigon Pho Grill after flower shopping nearby. First impressions were a little meh, the interior is one giant room with old and worn booths around the exterior and banquet tables in the middle with little to no décor to speak of. The lunch menu is also limited, if you don't want Pho your choices will be limited to a noodle or rice bowl. I ordered the Combination Noodle Bowl with pork, chicken, and shrimp and a Mango Boba. The food arrived and it was just average; the sauce to be poured over the noodle bowl was warm, bland and unappetizing. The veggies in my noodle bowl were not fresh, the lettuce had brown edges and the cucumber was limp. It was edible, but nothing close to the quality you receive from the places on Federal. Service was slow, the only time our server showed up was to take our order, drop off food, or bring the bill. In addition, our Boba drinks arrived at the end of our meal even though we ordered them when we first sat down. I didn't want mine to go, I wanted to enjoy it with my lunch. It was a mediocre experience and based on first impressions I'm not returning. I'll stick to Saigon Bowl for my Vietnamese cravings for now.

There are many many great Vietnamese restaurants in Denver. Saigon Pho Grill is a perfectly acceptable option if you find yourself in Westminster in a strip mall. I ordered the combination noodle bowl, which is one of my go to's whenever I dine Vietnamese. This noodle bowl was a little bit disappointing because the eggrolls were cold and soggy as well as all of the grilled meat options. Service was friendly, portions were generous, and the hot tea was divine!

This was a surprise find!…read more I stopped here to pick up something quick to eat before I headed to my side hustle shift. The Vietnamese food was something I hadn't had in a while so when I realized that this was in the same shopping center as the gym I worked out at I simply couldn't think of anything else. As soon as I stepped inside it a very clean roomy dining room was in front of me. It looked new as there was no old restaurant feel to it. Then a young man quickly came to me to assist. I thus asked for a menu to peruse to which he kindly handed a beautiful booklet. The menu is a fancy booklet type with leather looking covers. In it, almost all the menu items had their accompanying photos. This type of menu truly helps so I could get a good understanding of the food they offer (yes, I'm more of a visual person.) I definitely wanted some healthy choice so when I spotted the Papaya Salad I looked no further (and yet I didn't want to pass the opportunity to eat the Vietnamese food staple, the deep fried Vietnamese Egg Roll so I, without hesitation, added that to my order. The Papaya Salad is/was $13.99 and the Vietnamese Egg Roll (6 piece) is/was $11.95 (as of December 4, 2025.) I placed my order with the same young man who greeted me. The time was still a bit early for the rush dinner hour. The restaurant only had several tables occupied. My food thus came out from the kitchen quite quickly. The bag the young man handed me was quite the weight. Once I was back to my car I immediately investigated what was inside. I was surprised as to how massive the Papaya Salad was! The portion for the Vietnamese Egg Roll was also very generous. I realized that I simply ordered way too much food for myself. I was able to eat only one of the dishes (the Egg Roll) before my shift. The Egg Roll was crispy on the outside. Not too oily or greasy; just the perfect texture. The accompanying noodles on the other end of the container were also delicious; they surely put a generous amount of crushed peanuts all over it (as of this writing, I have not eaten the Papaya Salad but like I said earlier, the portion size is big. And the way it looks is promising where I have no doubt that this dish is as solid as the Egg Roll.) This Vietnamese restaurant is a gem. I tend to get job assignments in this neighborhood here and there so if I end up coming back to this area next time now I know a solid restaurant that I can count on.

Food while traveling is always iffy for me but I lucked out with my order here…read more I can only comment on my to-go order of a combo eggroll bowl which included meatballs, pork, and shrimp. A huge portion, so I was really happy. Some of the best eggrolls I've had in a long time and the shrimp was delicious. I found the meats to be tough because they were sliced so thin. Stick with the shrimp here and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! If you're ordering to go, ask for utensils if you need them as they didn't provide me with anything to eat with!

I came in on a very busy day of the year so am rounding up since the staff was working really hard to get orders out the door. I ordered a large chicken pho and roasted pork fresh spring rolls to go. The portion of pho broth and bean sprouts was great, but the amount of chicken was a bit disappointing (about 6 total pieces of shredded chicken). Broth was just ok, I added quite a bit of sriracha, lime, basil, and hoisin sauce and still felt it lacked some flavor. The spring roll portion size was great and I loved the massive serving of peanut sauce. The roasted pork inside was incredibly dry. I'd probably opt for tofu or shrimp next time.

The broth was deep and aromatic and the portion size, especially with the beef rib, was massive. Everything was so impressive that since that visit, this place has been on my regular rotation for pho. Beside Pho, they have a few other offerings, one of which is rather unique. For the more adventurous, Faifo offers a spicy beef pho. This is a dry-style pho serves with all the fixin' and a spicy sate style sauce that makes for an amazing meal on a hot day. It also comes with a bowl of pho broth for satisfying sips between bites. This is easily one of my favorite dish on the menu and a must try here. Beside that, I've also had their Bun Bo Hue, which is pretty dang tasty. The broth is very tasty, though not as funky or spicy as ones I've had in Vietnam. Nonetheless, it's a mighty tasty bowl and something to get for the colder days here in Denver. Both the Bo Kho and the Banh Canh are also very good as well, though not a must compared to other dishes on the menu. Overall, Faifo is a great Vietnamese restaurant. The value is also tremendous given the portion size. This is an easy 4/5 for me.

Their bò kho definitely reminds me of my father's recipe, which is rich and not overly sweet. This aromatic Vietnamese beef stew is a fragrant broth infused with lemongrass, star anise, and spices. It's a bowl of distinct and complex flavor profile that balances savory, sweet, spicy notes, with a vibrant brick-red color from the annatto seeds. The cuts of beef shank, flank, and chuck were soft so you know they spent hours simmering to achieve this level of tenderness. The deep beef profile is highlighted when adding bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime juice to cut through the richness and carrots provided a natural sweetness to the savory broth. Bánh canh is a Vietnamese noodle soup featuring thick, chewy noodles made from tapioca flour, rice flour, or a mix, served in a flavorful broth with various toppings like pork, shrimp, crab, or fish cake. The broth is clean from the hours of simmering bones to create a savory, collagen-rich base. You can taste the freshness of the soup garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, fried shallots, lime, and chili oil. Plus you get a boat load of proteins and garnishes - shrimp cake, imitation crab meat, shrimp, quail egg, mushroom, tapioca noodle, onion, cilantro and black pepper. We'll be back and try the bún bò huế and cá ri.
