Been eating here for years, the food is always good, never had any problems with it. About the services, I can tell they improved it from day by day, they did nothing to me but their face expressions make customers uncomfortable sometimes, but understandable because they have to work a lot a day or was having a bad day, something like that. The only problem about the service is the old short lady (60ish I believe). I went on a date with my boyfriend here there was a single person running the kitchen and the lobby. Seating people, taking the order, bring the food, and helping you pay. Everything took forever. The food was okay, I got the combo plater, and the chicken was dry, and shrimp was burnt. Shrimp was rubbery, and chewy. You can tell several of the servers know the customers well. One waiter asked this girl about a project she was doing and the owner sent out an order for a gentleman that didn't even order that time and knew his regular requests. The food was pretty good but the place reeked of Mothballs. Bathrooms were dirty. I I would have given this place more than one star if it wasn't for the fact that after I ate and went to pay, they said they didn't take the Apple Mastercard because their machine doesn't allow adding a tip AND because they said their merchant won't process it without a signature on the receipt. The receipt says " No Signature Required". I signed the receipt anyway for them and thankfully had some cash to leave as a tip. Because of this I will NOT be returning. Lucky for them I actually had cash, which I rarely carry. They need to get a better merchant. So I've been coming here for YEARS an I absolutely love there food here. Today was different. Not the food but the people. Theres these cooks who usually always come an sit down out when its not busy. Today My friend and I were enjoying our lunch. The place was empty. The men came out and sat down and stared us down till we left. They literally wouldn't keep there eyes off us. It made us so uncomfortable we got up paid and left. An even after that they still were staring. I tried waving at them and then they looked away for a second and then eyes right back at us. This was the most uncomfortable experience I've had here. I love the food, but I will never come here again. I wish I video this or tooken pictures so who ever comes here knows to watch out for these creeps. Don't go to the restroom alone there. Not too shabby. Went in there on a late night and they were happily accommodating. Had Pho Dac Biet - some of the best tendon I've had in a long time. Melted and blended lovingly in the broth. Amazing stuff. One customer ate 90% of their food and proceeded to try and raise a stink about a "fly" being in their food. The outcome? They ate for free, as they were expecting free food. It's unfortunate that Covid-19 is causing idiots to break free and try to ruin other peoples' days just because they're feeling bad. I gave a very generous tip to account for the freeloaders. Great go to for a delicious meal. The spring rolls and wontons are delicious starters and the entree portions are great. My wife loves the iced coffee and the boba smoothies are really tasty as well. Portion sizes are awfully small here. Got the medium here where in most pho places it would equal a small. The small size is a good portion size for children though, just not your average starving individual. This is certainly one of the better Pho/Vietnamese places I've been too. Their menu has a good deal more than just Pho. Their rice noodle bowls are huge and full of fresh veggies and bean sprouts and other tasty stuff. I also had their Vietnamese Ice Coffee w/ sweetened condensed milk (one of my favorite beverages ever) and it was quite good. The Pho itself wasn't bad...but the atmosphere was lacking. Stood at the front of the restaurant for 5 mins without EVER seeing and employee. We decided to grab a menu and seat ourself. There was just 2 other tables in the place. 1 of the tables (a solo diner) actually got up and went back in the kitchen to find an employee. When the employee emerged, he greeted us and disappeared for another few minutes until he arrived with out water. We placed our order for 2 rare steak Pho bowls and waited another 10mins, all the while being entertained by the employees arguing. The back corner table seemed like an employee dinner table...however, the employees spread out and ate at the tables surrounding us. It was a circus! But what it all boils down to is the food. The Pho wasn't bad. I still like Vietnamese Cafe and the Pho spot on 120th and Colo blvd better, but I may hit this place up if I'm in the area. read more

The broth had a nice flavor and was piping hot, but lacked something that I couldn't put my finger on. It was also lacking in the quantity of meat, and my wife's bowl was missing her crispy beef fat. It came with the traditional veggie sides and they were fresh and crispy. The noodles were soft and cooked right. They didn't have a traditional side that I was recently introduced to and they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for it. I was a bit disappointed about that, but oh well. We also had the spring rolls and they were a little on the meh side for me. They were a bit tough and lacked flavor. The service was straight forward and got the job done. One thing that seemed a little odd to me was the tables and chairs in the restaurant. They seemed miniature and made me feel like a giant. Absolutely delish! My teenage daughter is a fan of pho, and we've been to a couple of Vietnamese places in Thornton and Northglenn that left her wanting. Weak broth, dismal service, questionable hygiene. I can assure you, after our first visit to Pho 104 today, that they defy the norm for pho houses on this side of town. Is it on par with its popular neighbors in Broomfield? Pretty darned close! Pho 104 is tucked away in Northglenn Marketplace off 104th and I-25 in the spot formerly occupied by Le Peep. The familiar tables and chairs, as well as the windowed alcove in the center of the restaurant are still there, but that's where the similarities stop. My daughter and I stopped in for lunch this afternoon; as there were only two other occupied tables in the restaurant, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. We were immediately greeted by a cheerful young girl who took us to a table and picked up our drink orders promptly (hot green tea for me, vanilla boba for my daughter - for full impact, you need to say "VANILLA BOBA!" with a teenage squeal. :) ) We pondered our choices - and there were many! - for a few minutes, then decided on the rare steak pho for me, shrimp pho for her, and an order of Vietnamese egg rolls to split. The menu is huge but very easy to understand. Within seconds of placing our food order, my hot tea and our egg rolls arrived. Do be aware, boba takes a few extra minutes to prepare, but we had it by the time our pho reached the table. The egg rolls were crispy, not greasy, and came with a delicious sweet and sour sauce as well as a platter dressed with cold noodles and pickled vegetables to nosh on. When our pho arrived, I decided to be brave and try a sip before grabbing the sriracha like I normally do. No need for the spicy stuff this time! The broth was well-seasoned and not over-salted. As my daughter put it, all it really needed was a spritz of lime to finish it off. We both got smalls which were well worth the price - plenty of soup! My beef was rare as expected but very tender, and my daughter's shrimp was perfectly cooked. Our pho was accompanied by a well-stocked, heaping platter of jalapenos, lime slices, Thai basil and dandelion greens! We were brave and tried some of the greens - what a delicious surprise! I'll definitely try that again. If you go in simply for a bowl of pho and hot tea, it won't break the bank. However, adding on the boba and egg rolls - both of which were definitely worth the price - pushed our out of pocket to almost $30, which was a bit more than we had planned on spending. Still worth every penny, though. Pho 104 might be hard to notice unless you're shopping at Northglenn Marketplace, but they're worth the stop. I hate menus. I get frustrated because I just can't choose what to eat and my frustration gets even worst when I can't understand the menu I'm looking at. Pho 104's menu took my frustration to new heights, but thanks to the sweet and very patient waitress, I was able to navigate that thing and find something to eat.
