The tasting allows you to try every offering and they have a whole list of recipes on their website (https://omerto.com/recettes/) None of the wines are sweet nor do they taste like tomatoes. :) I would say they make refreshing and light apéritifs to go with different appetizers. They also make good bases for cocktails. The view is spectacular and it's not far from Baie-Saint-Paul. I highly recommend you check them out.

Service and explanation from Toby was very informative and passionate. We sat outside - the perfect place to be. $15 for the mead tastings and $12 for the spirits. Now we need nourriture. Excellent place!
