I finally got a jacket back from her after 4 months (yes you read that right FOUR months) and the alterations were not even complete. She was supposed to hem the sleeves and take in the shoulders. She returned the jacket, after I'd paid for the full alteration, with only the sleeves hemmed. The first time I spoke to her, she was friendly, but after I let her know that she did not complete the alterations that I had paid for and waited 4 months for her to complete, she stopped responding to my calls/ texts.
