Tom Orsato Jr recently sold the business to Bob, window tech and long time employee. Bob the new owner came out in May to assess 4 windows. Bob told me on May 19th it would be 2-6 weeks for new windows and parts for the 4 windows to be procured. Contacted Bob in July and again in September. Bob never followed up. Blamed me for not following up with him after he told me the parts would finally be in early September. Bob finally came back out today October 6th to fix the 4 windows. He was getting ready to leave when I brought to his attention he hadn't properly fixed one of the windows. He proceeded to tell me " he didn't need to service my windows" and "he was doing me a favor" . Blamed the previous owner for installing cheap windows. Worst customer service experience ever. He got loud in my house. He is not a professional. This is not the Delaware Valley Aluminum that people have trusted since 1954. Bob , the new owner, is a long time employee who is rude, unresponsive and blames the customer. One window won't go all the way up AFTER Bob FIXED IT. Disgraceful. I would look elsewhere. This is not a business you want to trust with your most valuable asset. You can see his work vehicle in my driveway. He didn't even inform me that he was unable to properly fix the window. He was just going to leave. I had unfortunately experienced his poor skills and craftsmanship when Bob was just an employee, so I knew I had to check the work prior to him leaving my home. Do not trust this business with your most valuable asset.

They were both professional, courteous and answered all my questions. Junior even found that the original sliding door (that was installed by the original builder years ago) was set too low to the ground which is why it was always getting wet over the years resulting in warping and rusting along the bottom. He fixed the issue on the spot raising the level of the new sliding door. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work. This is a family owned and run business who take pride in their work. Last March 2024, during an especially windy day a country club's tree came down and whacked the rear of my house, starting from the highest roof, ripping down wires and landed on my detached garage where it sat until PECO could make it safe. I initially gave the go ahead for my insurer, who I'll call SF, to send out a contractor to assess the damage. Well someone came out, slapped a tarp on the hole in the garage, but seemed dismissive of the house damage. And then I heard nothing for the longest time. So, getting concerned I called Impriano to get their opinion, as is my right, since I had a good experience with them 13 years ago with a new roof. Jack Impriano came out and did a very thorough inspection finding a lot more damage than SF's contractor did, including a split rafter in the garage roof. He looked at the plan for repair that the adjuster had drawn up finding it completely inadequate, so he drew up his own. He basically worked directly with the adjuster, all while updating me about what was going on. There were many problems such as the SF contractor sending the wrong information to SF that led them to believe the work was complete when nothing was repaired. The contractors invoice included pictures that wasn't even my property. Jack Impriano handled everything, everything is repaired/replaced, their crew came out in the most inhospitable weather and did an excellent job. You could tell how well done my 13 year old roof was when shingles were removed. It's amazing how nice our new roof and siding looks. It's peace of mind working with a company that takes pride in their work, and there's good reason they've been around for so long. I didn't realize they also handle windows which is on my to do list. I don't think I would trust anyone else. Thank you Jack and Ed and the rest of your hard working crew, including the office, you guys were great, can't thank you enough.

About 4-6 weeks later, Blake contacted me and scheduled for installation. Robert and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. I had a total of 11 windows installed on the first floor of my property in Nov 2023. They completed the job in 1 and half days. It could have been done in one day but the sunset in November didn't allow. Some of the pictures of the completed job are shown below. Not surprisingly, my insurance company denied the claim. Even after a second insurance company appraisal, it remained denied. We were at a stalemate with them for 9 months. EXPERIENCE WITH IMPRIANO: Fortunately a neighbor recommended Impriano Roofing and Siding. Jack Impriano inspected the roof and confirmed there was extensive hail damage. He spent a lot of time and took great efforts to document the damage (about 150 photographs) and write up a comprehensive assessment. As a result of his efforts, our insurance company reversed itself and approved the claim--in full. We were delighted to discover the entire project was to be just as deftly executed. The Impriano organization is large enough to be both impressive and reliable but small enough to be personal. In the run up to the project everything was handled smoothly and with excellent step by step communication from the office staff (thank you, Claire!) The installation crew (under the direction of Christian) was friendly, considerate, efficient, and focused. They arrived, set up, and went right to work. They kept the worksite organized and uncluttered. Christian communicated clearly and effectively throughout the project. When finished, the job looked beautiful and Christian was clearly proud of what he had done. I paid for some upgrades and they were installed without question. They sent two different people to inspect the site and ensure the ground was free of nails or other debris. RECOMMENDATION: Impriano gets 3 thumbs up from us for a job that was excellent quality at a fair price. That's the definition of good VALUE. I can recommend them without any reservation.
