I found this company on Yelp and they coordinated a cleaning the next day for the day which was…read moreawesome. Unfortunately the tech had trouble finding us as the end of the day. He spouted off about things he was unhappy with, including our add on serving. We'd just moved in and only had 1 room to clean so we didn't expect any issues; however the guy cleaned it for less that 10 minutes just quickly putting lines in the carpet, no deodorizer and no cleaning agent from what I could tell. We called back and Matthew was very kind and agreed to send someone out again the next day. The same disgruntled employee showed up and was asked to take more time, and to use product. He sure sprayed the heck out of the air in the room but did little to clean once again. Third try, a new tech who did a little better. We let it sit a few more days hoping the enzymes would help eat away any hidden issues and the smell would improve. Nope! Today I just spent 20 minutes slowly vacuuming this 5 year old carpet. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid $150 plus $20 tip, three attempts and a vacuum full of debris collected only from this room.

This location of Lowe's has a huge amount of stuff like most big box stores like Lowe's tend to do…read morethese days. My most recent visit here was for a sad duty to help my friend pick out some items to make a grave for his kid's dog that got killed by a car. We found some appropriate items but this Lowe's didn't have the prices clearly marked for some of the items and then they also didn't have any price stickers or bar code stickers on the items so we had to go all the way back out to the garden center area to get that data. Most Lowe's tend to have decent customer service and this location seems to have less than average customer service during the times I've visited here so some room for improvement. As a bonus this location is very near a Home Depot and close to several other hardware stores just in case you can't find exactly what you need there are multiple other nearby locations that might have it.
