Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of room to spread out after long days of eating our way through Ensenada and wine tasting in the valley. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool is amazing. Service throughout the property was warm and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to want guests to enjoy their stay. One thing I appreciate about Coral & Marina is that it offers a different vibe than the large resort-style properties further south. It feels quieter, more relaxed, and more authentically Ensenada. It's the kind of place where you can spend the morning at the spa, the afternoon exploring fish taco stands and wineries, and the evening watching the sunset over the marina with a glass of Baja wine. That killed the appetite pretty quick. We also ordered wine but we did not ask for the price and they ended up pouring a very expensive bottle. It was good but make sure you ask because the bill was pretty high We also booked this place because paddle boarding was offered. When we went to rent the boards they said they were not renting them out. Major bummer, if I would have known I would have brought my own board Over all nice hotel but I'm not sure if I would go back

The sauce paired with it created such a rich and flavorful combination -- definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Everything tasted elevated and beautifully prepared. This makes me even more excited to come back to Ensenada and continue exploring more exquisite 5-star dining experiences. The food scene here is seriously amazing. It definitely feels like a special place that's more about relaxing and enjoying the wine country vibes than doing anything busy or fast-paced. The rooms are separate from each other, so it feels very private and quiet.. Perfect if you're looking to disconnect and have a calm weekend away... Our room was clean and had plenty of space... The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was roomy... They also have a refrigerator stocked with Their in house wine bottles you can choose from, which adds a fun touch... The property has a pool and spa area, but just keep in mind it's communal, there aren't private hot tubs or private spa setups in the rooms... Still, everything was well-maintained and relaxing... Pricing felt reasonable compared to other hotels in Valle, especially for how nice and comfortable everything was... One thing to note: Valle de Guadalupe is very spread out. This isn't a place to stay if you want nightlife or to be within walking distance of multiple wineries. You'll definitely need to drive to get around, and some of the roads are unpaved... The host was also extremely welcoming.. We arrived late after hours, and they were still available at the front desk, answered all our questions, and made us feel really comfortable... Overall, Ojo Azul is a beautiful, clean, romantic place to stay if you're looking for a quiet wine country escape. Would definitely recommend for couples looking to unwind..

I was surprised that the premises had free ice machines. The water was salty so when showering you could feel the salt on your body. There's bellboys but when arriving to our spot none approached us, mind you we're 2 adults and 2 children including an infant.

Ps: Just for my memory this veteran's day weekend there were professional racers here.. that was really cool. The Baja 1000 .. they came to sit in the hot tub with us. Trying to pull some pretty smooth lines... like "you girls in a hot tub full of famous racers" lol. I said "Praise the Lord, good luck in your race"

OUR CABIN: A+++ Very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the nice firepit just outside our cabin. I have four suggestions: 1. Provide better quality towels in the bathroom. Our towels needed replacement as they were non-absorbent; 2. The beds have a thin comforter, but at night it gets cold and a heavy comforter would be better; 3. Provide kitchen towels (paper and cloth); and 4. Put plastic bags in the kitchen's trash container.
