Beware!! Terrible and dangerous!! I am writing this to warn anyone who is putting a pool in there home. For more than 13 months we have been fighting with the owner of this company who has completely destroyed our home and treated us with such terrible disrespect. Have failed every inspection repeatedly. The city of Lake Worth has told us they are dangerous. We have a giant hole in our back yard for over a year. My dog fell in it. My 70 year old mother tripped on the rusty rebar they left in our front yard and had to get a tetanus shot. They lie everyday and say they will come and work. The staff has told us there are 27 other pools in our city who are having this sort of issue with the company. Everyday we call to beg them to finish our pool. Everyday they say a team of workers will come. Everyday no one comes. Ricardo has been to our home 4 times. He only comes to pick up a check. This has been our worst experience as home owners. Left my pool project a safety hazard for over a month now. Overall project has been going on for over 6 months now with no end in site. Owner is disrespectful and will threaten you with more delays. He will always try to push the job out more and more. They will drag your pool project out for so long you won't even want to install a pool anymore. read more

SCAM! We signed a contract in June 2020, hole wasn't dug until November 2020, and today, all we have is a concrete hole that collects rain water and attracts bugs. They left our yard hazardous with rusty rebar and nails. The owner doesn't answer his phone or texts. We started contacting him through FB messenger which he doesn't answer. It's been over 2 months since any work has been done and we are fully paid up according to the contract. In fact, we paid for the concrete which was done wrong. The owner said he would be out the following week to fix and never did. We have given this guy so many opportunities to follow through on the contract. They have allowed our permits to expire and we are going to get stuck paying extra fees to the city for their negligence. He isn't a licensed contractor. He uses other contractors licenses to file the permits and they never even step foot on your property! He doesn't pay his sub-contractors which we learned when the plumber showed up at my house and threatened us if we didn't pay them directly (even though I had already paid Ricardo for the work! This guy is a TOTAL FAKE, FRAUD, and THEIF! This has been a complete nightmare! Save time, money, and headache... go with ANYONE ELSE other than this guy. read more

We hired this company to do our pool. So far, we have called repeatedly for over a month and the owner keeps telling us he will come Wednesday. The day passes and noone shows up. We call again and now he says Tuesday. The day passes by and still noone as how's up. Today they came after my husband threatened to sue. They are finally here. WORST COMPANY....STAY AWAY...Signed July 1st 2020 gave hefty deposit was told pool will be completed in 3 month....3 months passed by and permit were not even submitted....My husband and I kept calling the owner, Ricardo, I assuming he got so tired of our calls that he began to dig the hole without approval of permits...finally the permits were approved...when they came for the first inspection it failed because the permits were not even posted outside....finally inspection passed and we had to wait another month for cement and that hole got filled with water and they could finish the floor the only thing that got done was the wall....Ricardo was just interested in getting more money...my husband told him he will give you half and when floor is completed I will give you more money - this happen in November 2020 the floor got completed in March 2021...the diamond bright finish was put on horrible....Ricardo came to my house to see this terrible job...he asked my husband if he wanted to get it done again .. my husband told him he wants them to finish and get out...Ricardo agreed that he will finish everything left and give him back money because we have to redo the diamond bright finish....it's the end of April and he hasn't finish anything....I'm done with this company and especially Ricardo.. read more
