Was a long time customer. After several mistakes and being called a liar twice I stopped coming here.

Villa...don't ever change cause YOU'RE PERFECT! Almost wished their pizza wasn't as good as it is so we'd stop ordering delivery allll thhheee tiimmmee. Their white pizza with broccoli and garlic is what dreams are made of. They use ACTUAL GARLIC sliced thin (goodfellas style) and that's RARE. Every pizza place (other than villa) we've order from in past just pulverize the top with garlic dust. Their rollatinis (spinach in particular) are awesome and BIG and their sicilian is the equivalent to christmas morning. They also use fresh basil in their sauce!! They CARE about the quality and it SHOWS! The owners are sweethearts and should get congressional medals of honor! WHY?!?, you ask? They are PIZZA WIZARDS...... my whole family has been ordering from them since they've opened and have NEVER received a bad pie. This is my go to pizza place of choice in the area. Always quick and the pizza is great. I like the sauce as it has a great fresh taste and slightly sweet. In addition to the pizza, it has great hot wings. Give them a try and you will want to add an order to your next pie order. The sauce they use is sweet with a slight kick, not over-powering. Best pizza in South Jersey hands down. I'm from No Jersey and used to NY pizza. This is the absolute closest I've had. I've never tried anything else and since it's not extremely close to home, I've never had delivery. I've always eaten it hot out the oven in the car after a trip to Walmart. I work right down the street and in between busy parts of our day my coworker and I decided to split a half buffalo chicken pizza. I do a quick search and find Villa Pizza. I call the number. It stops ringing and I hear silence followed by someone light breathing. No greeting. Perplexed, I sit there for about 5 seconds only to hear the line hang up. I call back and after one ring an older man with an accent picks up the phone and says "Hello?" At this point I looked at my phone to make sure I had called the right place. "Is this Villa's Pizza?" "Yes what can I get you?" The exchange during the order was fine, and I informed I wanted to pay with my card. He took my caard information and asked if I wanted to put the tip on the card now, to which I said no thanks I will tip when the driver arrives. He said ok. At the end of our conversation he mumbled something and said "thanks, bye". I was surprised he didn't mention the total or the time it would take to deliver the pizza. "What did you say?" I asked. "Thanks, BYE" he repeated, raising his voice on the 'bye.' He then hung up and I said "wow" to myself under MY breathe. My coworker asked how much it was so he could give me cash for his half. I mentioned I never got a total so we'd have to wait until the driver arrived to figure it out. The driver arrives about 30 minutes later with no receipt for me to sign nor one to hand me. The driver says he forgot it and asks if I want him to go back and bring it back, to which I politely reply yes please. I have no idea how they would not remember to bring the receipt. I call the place at this point and a younger man answers the phone with a more proper greeting of "Villa's Pizza how can I help you?" I inform him of the scenerio and say I want to tip the driver on my card when he returns. He doesn't apologize but says the driver is going to come back with the receipt and asks how much I want to put on my card. I reply, agitated at this point, "I don't know, I have no idea what the total is!". $17.99 for 1 large pizza, half buffalo chicken. I thought that was rather high. When we ate the pizza if was actually pretty good, but I will not be ordering from them again due to the unprofessional service! read more

We were looking for good pizza nearby and we definitely found it! We ordered the caprese (fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes) and Wendy's pizza (fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach, fried onions, bacon, and ranch dressing). I was expecting something completely different, but was SO happily surprised with the pizzas! Both of the pizzas we ordered did not have sauce, and neither had the toppings baked onto the pizza, instead, the dough was baked alone and all of the toppings were added on after. Both pizzas were SO good. When it says "fresh mozzarella" they are not lying, and it is so fresh and delicious. I could not get enough of Wendy's pizza. It was almost like having a salad on a pizza! The wait time is very reasonable and we cannot wait to order from Villa pizza again! read more

This place was HORRIBLE!!!! I would have preferred a chain pizza place over this. The pizza was room temperature when it arrived, most of the toppings were on one side, and it was flavorless. The buffalo wings were even worse. The sauce was no where near buffalo, it tasted like they had washed off BBQ wings and mixed hot sauce with mayonnaise then used an eye dropper to place the smallest amount of sauce possible. I am so disappointed and will never order from here again, especially with Rino's delicious pizza right down the street. I only tried it because of the good reviews, ugh! read more

Great pizza and salads! Even with a few mix ups I have stuck with them over the years. Employees are not overly friendly but not rude either so I can't complain. They delivery typically within the 45min time frame in township. They even have a seating area that has improved for eating in... Definitely our go to place in the area. read more

on a pit stop while headed further north in NJ, these guys do the NYC thin-n-floppy crust quite well. the pizzas came out in under 10 min. a bit skimpy on the cheese, the sauce and toppings were well-served and made for good full flavor. nice local pizzeria, they have a huge menu of sandwiches etc to check out as well friendly, attentive service. read more

On a Sunday nite close to Villa Pizza's closing time I ordered a 5 cheese pizza for pick up. I had read about Villa on Yelp & wanted to try their pizza. The 5 cheese pizza was excellent, staff were friendly & courteous, & there were a few other people there waiting for orders at almost 9pm on a Sunday nite. You never know where you will find good pizza ! I will be going back to Villa Pizza to check out some of the other pizzas on the menu. read more

I have been coming here since the 80's. It has steadily improved with time. This is a sign of quality and wanting to keep the customers happy. I ordered 10 mild wings tonight and they were done to perfection. The sauce was a creamy buffalo sauce that is very good. The pizza has gone from a chewy crust in the 90's to a nice crisp thin crust now. I would say easily a top 5 pizza in Burlington County. read more

I have been on their Calzone's lately they are awesome and my one son loves their Stromboli and other son loves their Turnovers YUM!!! The pizza is okay, some slices better than others, but the customer service lacks. I've come 4 times to give it a shot and try the different styles but I'm a big fan of spending my hard earned money where I feel it appreciated. I've been here a few times and I've always received good food of good quality. Their food is good for if you want to go out for a pizza or a cheesesteak. The service could use a bit of improvement. There is one guy who has a bit of a nasty attitude the last two times I've been there. Both times I've talked to the manager about him and he's managed to correct the situation effectively. The manager is great and he definitely knows how to run a pizza place despite one guy who's there. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a pizza or cheesesteak at a reasonable price. read more

Dirty. Everything needs to be cleaned. The shakers for salt, pepper, garlic and red pepper are filthy and need to be replaced.

I have been a long time customer of this place. I will not spend any more money at this restaurant. Let's start with the history...Food alright. But customer service has always been lacking. On my way home from work on Fridays my wife would call in an order well ahead of the time I would get arrive. I have 1 hour commute and after working all day obviously I didn't want to spend long waiting for my food. They never started the my food prior to my arrival. And they are always busy on Friday. I would spend a good hour waiting for my food. Watch other people walk in and get they had called in immediately. I want to remind everyone...I was a regular...Spent a lot of money at this place. I finally got to the point were I couldn't do this any more. Never an apology or discounts offered. So we try to have them deliver. Work couple times alright. Then they start messing up the orders. Never offer any type of discount or real apology. Best advice for anybody is stay away. Plenty of competition. They don't have any respect for their customers. read more
