That's when I came across Fratelli's Restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the best dining decisions I've made in a long time. From the very first phone call to arrange a reservation for a large group, the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. Right away, I had a feeling I had made the right choice. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the level of service. The staff had prepared a beautiful table for our group, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I'm disappointed that I can't remember all of the servers' names because they truly did an outstanding job. Every one of my guests commented on how delicious the food was. My chicken dish was outstanding--easily one of the best meals I've had in quite some time. The quality of the food, combined with the exceptional service, made for an unforgettable evening. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they did to make our experience so enjoyable. I hope this message reaches the chefs and everyone working behind the scenes because they are incredibly talented and should be proud of the work they do. I'm not sure when I'll be back in the area for another tournament, but one thing is certain: anytime I am nearby, I will absolutely be making a reservation at Fratelli's. The entrance when you first walk in is a little uninviting. They had a partition screen blocking the view of supplies. It is where you wait when speaking to the hostess. I had the eggplant parm. It came with spaghetti which was ok. I usually substitute veggies or another type of pasta. I just didn't ask for some reason so not sure if they offer that. I really liked the eggplant. It was breaded but still crispy with the cheese and sauce. Their sauce is chunky and a little sweet. It was a really nice portion and took 1/2 home. I tried some of the pasta Al forno with sausage, meatballs, penne, etc. Delicious! I definitely recommend that dish even after just a few bites. The entrees come with soup or salad. The salad veggies were fresh and it was a good size. I tried the pasta fagiole soup but wasn't a big fan. It was underwhelming - lack of seasonings and it could have been hotter in temperature. One thing I thought was odd was our server never asked us if we wanted to order anything to drink. Gave us a pitcher of water and that was it. I know we could've asked if we really wanted soda or tea but just thought it was odd to go right into the food order. Overall I would go back. I think a reservation is good suggestion for the weekend. And they have a gluten free menu if you need it!!!

And we also saw a lot of Tuna options for entrees, again, odd. I did want steak originally, but NY strip isn't my fave, and I opted for Veal Medallions- very good. Sauce was delicious, veggies cooked just fine. $12 for an Arugula starter salad with legit, one tomato wedge was again ... odd. My friend had the beet salad and Branzino special, said they were both good. Only off thing was her Old Fashioned had the coloration of a Shirley Temple, but the flavor was on par and good. A couple weird little moments but we really enjoyed ourselves & would love to return.

As far as pizza goes, this place is the best! I am originally from the west coast, where the pizza franchises rule... and not very well. So it was a real treat to move out here and finally have really great pizza. My roommate recommended this place right away and I've loved it ever since. Unfortunately, their service leaves something to be desired. I must say, however, it isn't the employees who give such awful service as they are actually really great, it's surprisingly the owner! We've had nothing but problems with him and even went on a year-long strike from ordering from them, but eventually went back only because they really did have the best pizza around. Once they screwed up our order and we waited for almost 2 hours to get our pizza. When we finally called, the owner was rude and acted like it was a bother to him that we were even calling back to find out what happened. When I tried to get another pizza delivered, not only did he not offer us any kind of a discount for their mistake, he was so rude about it we finally told him to never mind, we'll order from someplace else. It was shocking than any business would treat their patrons so poorly, but to continually treat return customers who brought them even more business with such a lack of respect is pretty unheard of where I'm from. This is our go to pizza parlour. They make a tasty pie at somewhat reasonable prices so we have always eaten here. That said, we recently ordered a pie for pickup during the COVID 19 pandemic. I thought I had read they had curbside pickup, but that was not an option according to the gentleman on the phone. So I ducked in, gave my number, told them to wave to me when it was done. Why did I do this? It's a small place and had 4 employees working. One wore a mask properly. 2 wore masks under their nose, only covering their mouth. The final one wore his mask under his chin. So, bottom line, if you are concerned about the coronavirus / obeying the rules / keeping your fellow citizens safe, you may want to pick another restaurant until the pandemic is over. On the plus side the pizza was good and you can be in and out in 15 seconds without inhaling if you don't expect change. read more

The white pizza was perfect - the taste, crust, and "pull!" Both were very, very good - perfect ratios and "cheese-alicious!" They have a solid selection of fountain drinks and I saw a small fridge of beautiful looking desserts. Street parking was no problem. Very fair prices too. We live within walking distance and ordered from here on a weekly basis. Never again. Even the Golden Arches has better customer service.

The restaurant was not busy at all, so the lack of attention and basic hospitality was especially disappointing. We were a large group, yet there was very little engagement with our table, and the entire evening felt like she was rushing us out. We ordered a pizza that smelled bad and tasted even worse. After one slice had been bitten, we asked if we could exchange the pizza for a different one. Instead, our server came back with the same pizza packaged in a to-go box and told us we still had to pay for it. There was no real attempt to address the fact that the food smelled and tasted off or to make the situation right. At one point, another waitress came over to assist us and she was so pleasant, bubbly, and helpful. The contrast between her and our actual server was honestly striking. It made it very clear what good hospitality could have looked like that evening. Toward the end of the night, our server picked up from our table and gave what came across as a very passive-aggressive goodbye. Then, as our entire group walked out, not one employee acknowledged us. No "thank you," no "have a good evening," no "thanks for coming"--nothing. Because we were a large party, gratuity was automatically added to our bill. We did not leave anything additional because the service absolutely did not warrant it. It is incredibly frustrating to have gratuity added for a level of service that was this poor. Everyone has an off night, but there is a difference between being busy or overwhelmed and simply making customers feel unwelcome. The restaurant wasn't busy, and basic courtesy, attentiveness, and hospitality were missing throughout our experience.
