    Very good.

They've been in Burlington for 3 months and they have a bright colorful sign that grabs attention down route 130 so why not. Super clean dining inside. Plenty of tables to sit (around 20). The cooking area is semi area where you can see the pizza being prepped. Considering this is a new place, again this place is spotless clean and this was late in the evening so some pride is taken with having to keep it up. Pizza - very good flavor. Sauce is semi sweet. Not too much cheese, it's just em right. The crust is on the thinner side. Some people have their preferences but I happen to like a thinner crust as I never want to feel like I'm eating a ton of bread. The chicken Caesar wrap is the best I've had in a very long time. Certainly the wrap was the best I've had since moving to the sourness Jersey area from up north in Essex county. The French fries also was very good. They have a crunch to them that is hard to find with other places. My to go order was packed in a away where my wrap was wrapped in foil to avoid the steam making the fries soft. (Smart move) on their end because I haven't had a restaurant ever do that for a Togo order. Customer service is superb. From the woman who took my order down to the owner. Everyone was super nice and genuinely friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Nothing inflated. I'll be a routine customer here,. Highly recommend.

Might look messy but that's only because we tore into it. Delicious and reminded me of pizza from my childhood. Delivery was fast and easy. We will defiantly order from here again.

So, while there is no actual nearby pier, this area is very wet and full of earthen dams and dikes, and is a great place for fishing and hunting. This rustic restaurant has been around for decades in the hands of the same family. When we arrived at 6 p.m. the dining room was full but for the recently cleared table which we quickly took. Lori was our server. She was great from start to finish. We started with their small styro bowl of Crab Bisque. It was thick and tasty, and perhaps a tad salty. Liked it. I followed that with English style Fish & Chips, and my friend went with Fried Stuffed Flounder and Breaded Eggplant. I think mine was made with cod. With a splash of Heinz malt vinegar the taste and texture were decent, but not what I devoured visiting England. The coined potato medallions were very good dipped in tartar sauce. The stuffed flounder seemed prefabricated and frozen rather than fresh and made in their kitchen. It was not what we were hoping for. The atmosphere of Under the Pier was actually the better part of the experience. Maybe their oysters and other locally sourced crustaceans are the better way to go to avoid freezer boredom. People love this place ... I say that because we were there late afternoon during the week and it was busy ... and it kept getting busier. I do understand why folks love it tho, because there's no other real seafood "shack" in the area specifically where folks can get their blue claw crabs. It truly does look and feel like a seafood shack because the wooden walls, brown paper on the table, paper towels on the table and overall decor scream "We are at the beach in a small southern town in the middle of nowhere where" lol Our server was great! She was very attentive and made recommendations... she was also very patient with us given that this was our first time here and we're a bit undecided on what we wanted to order. Now on to the food - this is honestly where I was underwhelmed. The broiled seafood had a whisper of flavor, the crab cake left a lot to be desired and the garlic buffalo shrimp were overwhelmingly buffalo sauce on top of fried shrimp. Now the clam chowder I had was amazing and I even ordered some to go. My friend enjoyed her crab legs meal overall and perhaps if we visit again that's the route I'll go. Oh and it's also a BYOB , so, be sure to grab your favorite bottle and bring it on in.

Walking in it was lively in the bar area because they were having a trivia night where you can win gift cards. They also have other daily events and happy hours which was great to know. We were immediately seated and our server arrived a few minutes later which was nice bc it gave us time to peek at the menu which is extensive but it was really fun because it's an actual little newspaper which was cute. We ordered the crab dip and a mango martini for me and a blood orange margarita for him of which all three were really good! So much crab dip that we took 1/2 home. And the bread and veggies they serve it with both hit! Entree wise we both ordered items we felt would tell us all we needed to know regarding whether or not they were a legit seafood restaurant - a fried shrimp basket and a broiled combo platter .... BOTH AMAZING! The fried shrimp were MASSIVE and the broiled platter was well seasoned and cooked wonderfully. We had no room for dessert but the menu sounded great. Oh our server was also wonderful! I wish I remembered her name, but she was a tall, blonde young lady with a great sense of humor. So glad our original dinner plans fell through and we finally wound up here - we will be back!

Our party was situated downstairs at a nice round table. This really helped us share the seafood tower and pass clams around. Dinner was also very good. Just about everyone ordered something different, and we left pretty happy. The only issue was the music. I don't know if this is the case for the entire restaurant, but the downstairs had bouncy ukulele covers for the entirety of our time there. It was also a bit too loud. I felt like I had to get up to hear someone sitting a few people away from me, or speak too loud to for shared space because there's a bouncy ukulele covers of Without You by The Kid LAROI. (No, that's not an embellishment. That actually played.) All in all, we had a great time, great food, in a beautiful space. Natalie was a very attentive service. But please, maybe some different music?

This time, I confirmed with the waitress how it would be prepared, but what came out was completely different, filleted with a tomato based sauce, peppers, and onions. I told them that was not what we discussed and made it clear I'm allergic to tomatoes. I was told it wouldn't be a problem to make the fish I actually requested. Instead of remaking the dish, they took the same fish back, removed the toppings, left the tomato residue and brought it back out with the same side; including cold rice. After I clearly stated an allergy, serving the same fish with the tomato residue is unacceptable. This was careless and disappointing. If a customer mentions a food allergy, the dish should be remade, not modified and sent back out.
