I went in yesterday with my friend, and from the very start, the experience was disappointing. When I walked in, I clearly told the man at the front that I wanted GEL polish for both my manicure and pedicure, and that my friend wanted acrylic nails. The woman named "V" who helped me choose a color was rude and condescending. When I asked what the "M30" color was, she said it was "mood changing." I told her I understood that but asked if they could apply chrome on top for a black chrome look. She laughed and repeated, "It's mood changing," as if I didn't understand. I had to repeat myself multiple times before finally just saying, "I"ll just do black with chrome." Then, while doing my nails, she mentioned acrylics again -- and I reminded her that I only wanted gel. My friend was the one getting acrylics, not me. When it came time to pay, my total was much higher than expected. They had charged me for acrylic nails. I calmly explained that I had asked for gel only, and even their boss confirmed when we first came in and heard me say gel manicure and pedicure. Instead of taking accountability, the nail tech argued and claimed I had asked for acrylics. She even said, "You didn't see me doing your nails!?"-- I said no I actually didn't because I was expecting you to do them the correct way which was gel...none of it made any sense, and she along with all the management continued to gaslight the entire situation. When I asked politely if they could redo my nails the correct way (gel), they refused, saying it would take too long and cost more. I didn't care because I just wanted them done like how I initially asked, but they still refused. They offered me a $10 discount instead -- which was insulting, considering the mistake was entirely theirs. One of the managers then tried to excuse it by saying they might have "misunderstood" me when I said gel. That's unacceptable -- if your staff can't tell the difference between gel and acrylic or can't communicate properly with customers, that's a serious issue. The only positive part of my visit was Trish, who did my pedicure. She was polite, professional, and did an excellent job with the gel polish on my feet. I truly appreciated her work and attitude. Unfortunately, after the entire ordeal and frustration with the rest of the staff, I was so upset that I ended up leaving without tipping -- something I've never done in my life -- and I genuinely feel bad about that because she deserved it. To make matters worse, I told them this was my second time trying the salon. The first time, five years ago, they burned my sister's feet with hot water and cut multiple of her nails. I had hoped things would've improved -- but this visit was even worse and I regret going again once more. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! If you're looking for a sign to find a better salon -- this is it. Horrible service, rude staff, and completely unprofessional. They are scammers and will take your money, the only way they're probably able to stay in business. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers. read more

I've been here 2 times before. This being my 3rd and last time ever. They barely scrub your feet and I was under the impression that they would. I was charged $58 dollars for something I could've done myself. Not one word was spoken except the man doing my friends toes was non stop talking to the person next to her. Extremely rude. The guy that did mine kept walking away and coming back smelling like cigarettes. And I realized when he was done, didn't even use the color I wanted. In some cases more attention needs to be paid to sterilization of their instruments to prevent or avoid nail contaminants. read more

Ask them how much what you want will cost prior to them touching your nails. If I had known they were going to charge me for a full set for an overlay I would have walked out. NO tips were put on my nails. They will also charge $5.00 more for painting on a white tip vs the whole nail. They charge $7.00 if you even ask them to make your nails a little shorter. My friends and I did a walk in appointment today, they were able to sit us and start working right away. The staff was so friendly, talkative and quick. We all got gel done. All of our nails look great and the pedicure and manicure massages felt fabulous. It was a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We had a great time and enjoyed a drink too! read more

Great high quality nail salon. A little pricier than most ($30 and up for a pedi) but the quality of their service providers is pretty top notch . Got a deluxe pedicure ($45) and it did not feel rushed - great hot stone massage, and salt scrub. Peter was my provider and he really took his time with the pedicure and add one. All the pedicure chair tubs are lined, the tools were sanitized, and their space did not smell like heavy chemicals which for me was a big plus in relaxing and getting that spa feel. Will be back! I never carry cash (and I assumed nowhere was taking cash due to COVID-19) but when I went up to pay with my card my nail tech motioned me to their ATM ... the ATM only takes out amounts of 20. My bill was $42. So I wasn't going to give $60 for just a gel manicure. I gave some change with a tip that I thankfully had in my wallet. The ATM also charges a $2 fee to use the machine. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been this place two times prior, and after this last experience I will never come back. They had to fix my manicure twice, it still looks like garbage and they fixed my toes three times. Let me explain how they "fix" their mistakes. They mess up your nails and then ask you how you messed them up and what you hit them on. Instead of removing the polish they just slap more polish on it making it look like a child painted your nails. Not only did they mess up my polish, I never got a massage, and their fix for this was to give me a $15 gift card as if I'm ever going to be coming back. We had a bridal party and they could not get it together what the bridesmaids were supposed to have versus the bride. Half of us ended up with identical nails to the bride which made them have to redo the nails the first time. They were overly rushed and super rude because they did NOT have all the staffing to accommodate all the bridal parties they promised to do that day. My toes and nails still look awful and they will not refund me. I live in Denver and I'm not driving all the way back to Colorado Springs to get them fixed again. For the prices they charge, the service just isn't remotely up to par. I will say that Sophia did a wonderful job on my pedicure--they are really lucky to have her. A middle aged guy did my gel manicure and it honestly looked awful. I never, ever complain-but I had to say something. It was super sloppy, cuticles looked awful...it was so rushed. I picked an easy design because when my friends and I have come in the past their have been rude comments about designs we've wanted, when a simple I don't feel comfortable doing them would suffice. She did my nails and they are bubbly, thick on one nail thin on another, and they are different shapes. She did a design, then filed it off and redid it. Because of that they are scuffed and look terrible. I have acrylic on my skin that is now cutting my skin. And they refuse to give a refund. They want me to come back up there and get them fixed. Came here with my daughter to enjoy our device together. She arrived first and checked us in and said she was waiting for me but they insisted they start her right away even though I was arriving right on time. Well I got there and I got Tom I specifically told him he could trim my nails a little and I like square shape. I don't like short toe nails..., he said okay and the proceeded to cut them short and I told him he is cutting them to short but of course he acts like he doesn't understand English now. So second foot he started and left nails longer but now both feet don't match, he rushed through pedicure like if they were the busiest salon in town when in reality there wasn't more than 5 people there. Normally at every other salon you are in seat at least 60 minutes, this place I was done in 40. The polish job is also horrible too polish is messy and uneven without no care in the world. I expressed I didn't like them the whole time so he knew I was unhappy but didn't offer any resolution. Just handed me the $48 bill that is to over priced for the bad quality of service. If I could leave no stars, I would. Let me just start by saying: I am a business owner and I work in the beauty industry. Is the customer always right? No, but we do what we can to keep them happy & coming back. And when you're in the wrong, you sure as hell don't berate them on the phone & hang up when the customer is trying to come to a happy solution. I came in last night with a friend of mine for gel polish pedicures. The service itself was fine & relaxing enough, although very rushed. Which again, given everything going on in the world is fine. The problem I have with this salon is that they charge an additional $20 for a gel polish on top of the price of pedicure & completed the service incorrectly. There is bubbling on the polish that I didn't notice until after I had left. I called the salon as soon as I had noticed it, 7:30 pm last night (the service was at 5:00 pm) & was told that I could come back in and have the nail repaired today at noon. After getting off the phone, I realized how inconvenient that would be for me to drive all the way back in to town just to have my nails repaired when they charge SO MUCH in the first place. I immediately called them back this morning & requested to speak to a manager or owner. The receptionist told me that Steven, the owner was at the bank and would be back later. She would have him call me back then. I waited & got no call back, so I decided to call back again. This man berated me on the phone. Yelled at me & said that he would not refund me. That he "wasn't the owner & would need to talk to his family before refunding me" & couldn't promise anything. I didn't even want a total refund, just the cost of the gel service that THEY messed up on. I spent almost $100 at this salon, including drinks + tip & this is the way they treat customers? This was the second time coming here, and I will not be back. One look at the reviews on their Facebook proves that this has been a common theme lately & I really hope that I can just save one person from this shitty experience. If you are charging PREMIUM prices for your services, you need to provide PREMIUM experiences, results, and customer service. Don't be shitty to people who have a bad experience. read more

I've been trying to find a nail salon that does exactly how I want my nails to be done and being from Cali, I need my nails to be right. So I finally found them after a year of being here. I really enjoy coming here because they usually have a sports game on their huge tvs (that's right a sports game, I enjoy a good football game) and they even have a bar so while you're getting all dolled up, you can have a cocktail as well. The staff are really friendly/welcoming. I always have good conversations with them. I love that they take their time with you so that you're satisfied with their work. As with any salon, it all depends on who you get. I lucked out the first time, seeing any for a dip manicure. Second time I went, Andy was off so I saw Sammy, she was great too! She's amazing at shaping nails. Third time, I was getting my polish color on my toes changed. An older man did it, and it wasn't great, but livable. Working in the beauty industry, I'm super concerned with cleanliness, and I've never had an issue with the way they provide service. Everything seems sanitary and new. I'm so happy to have found this salon. I usually push out my mani 3-4 weeks, and it's only ever towards the end of the third week my dip starts to lift. Quality work and service. read more
