Best experience I've had in a long time at a salon. Saw me right away, everyone here was so nice. I felt so relaxed. They made sure I was comfortable and I usually don't like talking but I had such a great conversation with the people who worked here. It felt like how going to a salon should. My nails came out amazing and I left feeling better than when I came in. Dam is wonderful! I will be returning for my pedicure soon.

Well... the staff was so so kind so I hate to do this, but my gosh.. the man who did my pedicure really slaughtered my toes, he kept clipping my skin more and more and it hurt. Then he put acetone over them. It stung so bad I jerked. I don't get pedicures often, and I'm pregnant so I couldn't really tell what was going on.. but I just don't think this is a normal part of getting a relaxing pedicure. The exfoliant used also felt like it was ripping my skin off. It was a pretty uncomfortable experience and I unfortunately think I will not be returning because of how my toes actually look up close the polka dots don't match on the toes and one side is pretty sloppy. I can only speak for the one technician who did my pedicure, but for me, you should never be breaking the skin in a nail salon. I hope they clean and sanitize their equipment with proper procedures because I definitely do not need an infection. The salon was very well kept and clean. They did get to me quickly and helped me get my socks off (being pregnant I really appreciated this) but I felt this needed to be shared because it's a matter of safety.

New ownership means a new name. Dam sold the business to Angel, and there's been some employee turnover as a result. (The pregnant woman who left the two-star review will be happy to know that man no longer works there.) Still great service and smiles. It's a busy salon, so walking in means that appointments will have priority - and there are lots of appointments for regulars.

Simply outstanding customer service!! I didn't have my phone charger and they lend me theirs. They also provide complimentary water. And finally!! my toes are ready for the summer!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I had four different people for my manicure and pedicure because they would stop working on my nails to work on someone else's. I got very sloppy and messy work (see photos) when I asked about getting matte with regular nail polish, they said they don't offer that and I would have to spend an extra $15 for gel...when I said No, one worker said something in a different language and I felt very disrespected. I will not be coming back.

Amazing little spa hidden away in a strip mall on the east side of town. I find that it's hard to get a walk in pedicure in Colorado Springs, but I was able to get a pedicure here right away on a Tuesday afternoon! My nail tech was very nice and we chatted during my service. My feet were in bad shape since I've been running a lot all summer. One of my nails was growing back, the other on the verge of falling off and I had been too embarrassed to show my feet. My pedicure was so relaxing and made my feet look AMAZING. I felt confident again after my pedicure and I have been flaunting it all week. I got a regular pedicure but they offer amazing upgrades like paraffin. The facility is clean and they offer beverages during your service. This is an affordable and amazing place to get your nails done. read more

I called to make an appointment for a fill and two broken nails. I got right in on Father's Day. I travel back and forth from California and this will be my shop whenever I'm in the Springs. The owner makes this great homemade sugar scrub that I had to buy for home. The salon is clean and well-maintained as it is essential to the owner to ensure our safety and well-being. expensive and crappy job on my nails and toes and waxing was horrific. They had me stand up from the chair and put my leg backwards and hold on to the back of the chair so they could wax the backside of my legs. Then left a ton of wax residuals on my legs. Took me two days to scrap it all off. Horrible read more

I had an enjoyable visit at this nail salon. The staff was upbeat and friendly from the time I entered their establishment. I was a walk in and surprised I didn't have to wait long. Service was good, but when I called ahead to see about how long it would take I was told about and hour and it ended up being more than two hours. There isn't any information available on pricing or options without calling, that is something that would have made the experience easier. read more

Was looking for a new nail salon and drove past this place. Walked in and was able to get seen right away by the owner to remove my dip and then Angel finished my dip set. It has been difficult finding a good nail tech since moving. I highly recommend this place! read more

I went here to try somewhere new but this was a huge mistake. I got a pedicure and dip nail polish. The pedicure left me with ingrown nails and an infection on both of my big toes (I had no issues before). The dip polish lasted 3 days before all of the nails popped off. I will not be returning or recommending this nail salon. read more

I LOVE Dam and his crew! Have been coming here for years and get the red carpet every time. I always get greeted personally and feel so welcomed! The people at this place were so lovely! We had two toddlers with our group and they were really patient and even painted the toddler's nails when we asked. We all got pedicures and it was a really comfortable experience and the pedicure lasted me for weeks. I would definitely come back to this place! read more

I was so happy when I found this place a couple of weeks ago! I loved the service and the people especially David. I loved my nails but I just came in today and there's an entirely different staff working. I only wanted polish change and the girl started filing my nails and then says 25 dollar or 30 for a full manicure WTH? Seriously that's crazy, I left walked right out. Now I have a couple nails filed off and have to have them fixed. So frustrating and disappointing. Dam was awesome this crew sucked!!!! No thanks your employees reflect who you are as an owner. read more

I went in to just get a basic acrylic with black mate polish. She was such in a rush and they came out lumpy and misshaped. 6days later they started to lift and I've had to super glue them back on definitely never going back. Also the polish chipped on the second day of having them. read more

I had been a loyal customer of Dam for many years. Very disappointed and disrespected at my last visit. I was not on the books even though I made an appointment with Dam himself. I was just pushed off to his wife which I was not happy with because she burns me when taking off my polish. I asked for a fairly easy design and was basically told to go somewhere else for it because I was being rushed moved around because Dam had no time for me after not putting in my appointment for a second time. Spent $65 on a deluxe pedi with gel polish for my nails to look like crap, I felt so rushed, my cuticles weren't even cleaned up, my shape was so funky and the polish came out awful. I said time and time again to clean it up and reshape it and they just kept telling me the polish is hard to paint, well then do better or get someone else don't make excuses for your poor skills. Beyond annoyed and disappointed. Nobody else like the owner even stepped in to make the situation better. Shows how much professionalism there is. Won't recommend this place nor return. read more

Angel always does my nails. She's so nice and always does a great job. The staff is so friendly, and Dam will always let you know what the color of the day is (it's always yellow). I look forward to getting my nails filled every 2 weeks and picked a fun new color. I've been getting my nails done here for over a year and I'm never disappointed. read more

I waited over an hour and the lady with the blue contacts decided to help others that came after me waisting my time. What a horrible way to run a business. Two other folks were helped after me, left, got the service they desired and she still decided to take someone else and force me to wait even more. I walked tf out. I have never ever been treated like this before at a nail salon. read more

*MILITARY BEWARE* When asked if they offer military discount, the owner replied, "No, we don't have that. You [the miltary] should support us!" Another technician that could speak English chimed in saying, "You shouldn't judge that nail salon owners are rich." They have no respect for customers & are unprofessional yelling. Lisa, nail technician, did a great job & was very friendly. It's unfortunate that she's related to poor management. I usually only write good reviews about businesses, but this place should be avoided. read more

Several nails are noticeably lifting upward from the side profile, while others point in different directions entirely. The shape and structure are inconsistent from nail to nail, and unfortunately they don't look professionally done. The color itself is pretty, but the application and shaping missed the mark completely -- especially for a fresh set done less than 24 hours ago. I wish more attention had been paid to symmetry, side profile, and overall finish quality.

I took my daughter and I to Dam's today and suffice to say.. we found our new nail place!! Both of our manicures turned out beautifully thanks to David and Theresa! The store itself is nice and clean. The selection of gel colors was HUGE! I didn't feel rushed like I do in most salons, David really took his time to fix all the mistakes from my previous manicure at another place and the results were amazing! After going to my regular nail salon and one other place; where they said they could do marble design but not really believing them...I search on Yelp for this spot. When I got in, I asked the man in the first chair if they could do a marble design...his eyes lit up and he showed me pictures of his marble work. All the nail artists were very friendly. I used to go to Krystal's Nails in Stetson Hills, but Dam nails is 10 dollars cheaper and the service is way better!
