The previous place where I've been living there were a lot of pine trees around the property in my car got tree sap on the roof, front hood and windows. It is reviews people had mentioned that he had done a great job on cleaning up this sap. He also cleaned up the inside interior and vacuuming. He did an awesome job and I was surprised at how much of the tree sap that was removed. Plus he also attacked the bugs on the front grill. The inside looked fantastic too. It didn't take him long to get the job done, but the quality was very good. He was friendly and knowledgeable about his skills. His pricing was very reasonable.

He showed me that the car wash had failed to clean the car properly and in fact had waxed over the sap on the finish. He brought out a bottle of sap remover and cleaned a small area on my hood. In about a minute the finish was back to what it was. A week later after the car wash refused to fix the problem, I brought the car to Premier. In about two hours, they stripped off all the wax and sap and rewaxed the car. The finish is now back to a pristine condition, just as it was when I bought it. This is the place to go in Lake County for body and paint work.

By the time this job is complete I'm sure we will owe over $6k for something most other shops would've charged around $1500 for. It's one thing to price gauge insurance or large fleet companies. BKG went above and beyond, it looks like a new jeep, the engine sparkles***, the paint is radiating again, he painted all the trim, cleaned the carpets, put my new seat covers on and went above and beyond and found and replace some little parts like the clip to repair the sun visor and door guards etc. Though it's been a year it still looks great!!! I believe he took after photos. Which I will try to get up, I think I have one before photo. So thankful we have someone this great in Clearlake!!!!
