I thought he had the part but the part was coming from two hours away and they told him the part was there and it wasn't there so I didn't know if the job was going to get done in the timeframe that I needed the job to be done by. He was stressed out and had a meltdown on me and blocked me after telling me off and to go leave a bad review. Well here's the bad review. I tried him out based on good FB reviews but I think he has some issues with stress and anxiety that he takes out on people.

I currently have to take my vehicle to the dealership to ensure safety and correct auto mechanic work. I am filing a better business complaint and will be seeking legal action. This company is fraudulent and provides inadequate auto mechanic labor. This is a safety hazard to vehicles on the road and lives.

I had my car inspected at the same time since it was there anyway. I called to get an update and was told Joe was just finishing things up and I would get a call back when the paperwork was completed with the total cost of the work plus the inspection. When I did receive the amt I was shocked in a GOOD WAY! It was unbelievably reasonable! I am very familiar with Lakeview since I bought my car there years ago under prior ownership. I would recommend to anyone who prefers trustworthy, competent, friendly service for their vehicle or boat. Thank you Lakeview Auto!!

From that time is was 35 minutes to arrival, but shortly after the 20 - 50 minute estimate, the provider called me to give me a more precise time which exactly matched their actual arrival time. The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo). So, in total, this was an equal or better experience than any other service call I have previously utilized with other vehicles.

She popped both of her left side tires ( She just got these tires 2 days ago). We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. He lined up the tow truck and the garage to get the tires changed. He also got us estimates, good prices, and drove us to the tire place. Tony was cracking jokes the whole entire time and made us feel more comfortable. If my friend ever pops the other two tires Tony would be our first call. #weloveTony
