I went to the shop, met with Randy and explained my desires and price point. After looking at some samples, he said he would do some research and try to meet my needs. The next morning, he had several possibilities. I selected one, and gave him some logo graphics which he converted into engraving format in a couple hours, and showed me samples of the trophies. I placed the order, which was to be completed in 18 days; they were finished in 6 days, and look Terrific. Randy was very helpful, prompt and professional with my order. I had a fantastic experience working with Randy here. I just needed to add an engraving to a trophy belt for our FFL. I had taken it to one other place prior, but they were unable to assist. After calling first, I corresponded with Randy via email prior to bringing it in. He was always prompt in responding. Not only did they get this done within a manner of days, but I asked them to replace a couple of the last year name plaques as they were not consistent with the others. This was my first dealings with this business and the proprietor Randy. Quite simply I was immensely impressed with both the quality of work performed and pricing. My work involved both the mounting of photos, using an acrylic covering, AND plate engraving/placement on a wooden cremation box. The box already had engraving, performed by the funeral home, on the front. The items I needed Randy to perform were for mounting on the top of the box. Needless to say, there was no room for error or a "do-over". Randy was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I requested a quote on yelp for an engraving for a pet urn using a custom font I supplied also using alternate characters within the font. Obviously, this was a very special project to me and not just "business". Randy from the shop was responsive but ultimately told me "it is not cost effective for us to pursue this." Ouch! I get it, but emailing that to me was unnecessary and rude given the nature of my project. Fortunately, I was able to find a shop willing to work with me to get the engraving perfect for which I was very grateful. Perhaps rethink going here unless you have a project they deem worth their time. read more

I looked up an engraving place on yelp and came across Village Awards and Engraving. I went in and asked for a quote for a flask which would have quite a bit of writing on it. I wanted to write about 40+ characters on the flask and we quoted me $6.50. So I went in along with my friend and we brought our flasks that we wanted to get engraved. It was less than 10 minutes to tell him what we wanted and what fonts we wanted. I went in on a Monday and was able to pick up my flask on Thursday which is very quick from what i expected. Once I received the flask, it looked amazing! It was exactly what I wanted! The customer service was awesome and he was very friendly! I would recommend this place to everybody! We needed a recognition plaque made for a student within 3 days. I really had my doubts that it could be done but ever the optimist, I decided to call a few places. I am so glad I found Randy. Shopped around and was really disappointed in competitors prices and customer service. Called Randy ahead of time for a price. All I needed was two-letter initials done on 5 pairs of fishing pliers. $4.50 a piece! 1/4 the price of the local competition.
