I had been seeing our previous dentist in Kent where we used to live. I knew we needed to choose a dentist in the area and this incident was just the catalyst we needed. The Silver lining in the story is having found a gem of a dentist and a wonderful staff to work with in the coming years. They made an appointment for me the day I called in with my issue, remade my temporary crown and gave me the royal treatment. They looked after me as if I had been a long standing patient. They have my business! So friendly, warm, caring, professional, and up to date with technology. And...instead of a 40 minute drive it's only 8 minutes! So grateful to them for helping me out when I needed it. Thank you so much for looking after me....we'll be back!!

After some emails (see images, office manager's name replaced with XXX) with Dr. Nazarian, I paid what was truly owed and found myself a new dentist. Found myself communicating with Dr, Nazarian with language such as: 1) A write off and a Delta Dental contract adjustment occurs to be two separate things. Your contract with Delta Dental has nothing to do with me. You accepted my insurance at time of service per your insurance contract with Delta Dental, your office having to adjust per contract is NOT a write off, it is a contract between you and Delta Dental, nor it should bear burden on me. 2) In at least two of our written/verbal communications, I had mentioned your office lack of keeping a record of communications, for you to respond with "new" informations such as text message to collect, XXX asking me to pay on 10/02/24 is unethical and unprofessional. 3) I do not believe it's fair for your employee in charge of the accounts to informed customers that their balance is $0, only for your office to retract that statement in a matter of 24 hours. It is certainly inefficient on your staff's part to not pull prior authorization on services, let alone take 6 months to generate a statement and another 2 months for an office manager to respond indicating she "thought she took care of it". 4) She again indicated that since your practice is the network, they didn't apply the network discount, and she worked with them for 2 days and wrote off 2 of my visits. She also said statements are sent out every 2 weeks and since I have no balance (as she wrote them off), therefore there is no statement. 5) I did not submit the claims, I was not the one that processed the claims and forgot your network discount. The office is clean and since Dr. Nazarian and her assistants were nice, I was not going to leave a review up until 2 days ago when my tooth starts to hurt. This morning I went to my dentist for an urgent appointment and tooth #18 where Dr. Nazarian did a crown on March 25th 2024 now needs to be redone. Sure, a crown failure can happened after a year but rarely as I have upkeep my dental appointments, floss nightly and followed dentist advice. I now have an appointment with an oral surgeon to investigate and will surely reached out to Dr. Nazarian of the findings. It is a shame that a dental office manager does not keep up to her promise and assumes, fabricated stories.

If I could give Da Vinci Dental, Dr. Beau Keller, Dr. Andrew Keller, and Amica MORE than 5 stars, I…read morewould ABSOLUTELY do so without hesitation. These three people are so compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Beau is definitely a genius when it comes to cosmetic dentistry and porcelain veneers. I spent countless hours researching cosmetic dentists to find the perfect dentist to fix the porcelain veneers I had done by another dentist, only six months before. Not only were my porcelain veneers, (done by another "cosmetic dentist") chip, brake, crack, had multilayered discoloration, were bulky, dense, and bulbous, they also crated, my controlled mild TMJ, to be extremely symptomatic. The porcelain veneers I had were so troublesome, that when I would bite and chew, my bottom jaw would literally shift to the right, intensifying the TMJ problem. With all these negative issues I was experiencing, my endless search ended with Da Vinci Dental and Dr. Beau. During my consultation, Dr. Beau spent so much time explaining the E-Max porcelain veneers he uses and why he uses E-Max vs the multilayered powder material that I had. He further discussed the entire fabrication process, the shaping and contouring he does specifically geared towards the patient's individuality, and why he spends an enormous amount of time perfecting the bite pattern, because he understands how critical it is to have the ideal bite. After our consultation, I knew, FOR A FACT, Dr. Beau was going to remove my crummy porcelain veneers (that I was ashamed of) and apply E-Max veneers that would make my smile beautiful, something that would regain my confidence. He did just that, my smile is radiant, my veneers perfectly compliment my face, but most of all, he corrected my bite pattern and now my TMJ problems, have drastically declined. Dr. Andrew is wonderful at applying the final E-Max porcelain veneers. He is so gentle, and kind, and always checks in with you to make sure you're doing okay during the process. He does not want the application to be uncomfortable and painful. Believe me, that's fantastic, because with my past experience, the dentist basically tortured me and I was in so much pain, even causing bruising, due to the roughness. Dr. Andy is the exact opposite; I was totally pain-free and comfortable. Amica is the soul of Da Vinci Dental. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is wonderful with communicating with you and making sure you are informed every step of the way. She answers all questions you have intelligently, honestly, and openly. You are never hit with a surprise or unexpected financial cost, everyone and everything is transparent. So with all this said, I KNOW, I did not make a mistake going to Da Vinci Dental, and I have confidence that you will also have ZERO REGRETS.

Dr. Keller was able to get me in the next day, design temporary veneers, and took his time to make me look like myself but even better. I also had to have a medical surgery in between and they were so accommodating with scheduling. When the real porcelain veneers came in, they looked so natural. Highly recommend DaVinci and their team!

I checked with Dr. Tony Sieu twice, and he turned me down quickly and said there was NOTHING wrong and my teeth were health. The aching progressing and end up I went to see another dentist. Just within 3 min after examining my teeth, the new dentist told me there are several decaying areas under the cracked filling. She quickly took the old filling out and put the new filling. One teeth was so damaging and the nerves already exposed on the surface. Dr. Sieu was unprofessional and paid no attention to my issues. And his wife is another story. His office stopped taking Metlife insurance in the recent years. We were not notified by the changes and still came for the regular services. End up we need to pay out of pocket for a couple hundred dollars. His wife never mentioned the change which cause us need to pay for those services which we did not need to pay before. She just kept charging and kept scheduling until we found out a few months later (the processing time for the insurance claim was slow). Do youself a favor. Go somewhere. The nurse pointed this out and he laughed it off. He was insensitive to what I was telling him. They also charged me a COVID fee, which I had to pay out of pocket. When I contacted my insurance company, they told me that my visit was fully covered and I didn't have to pay anything. They charged me this fee twice and when I contacted them regarding this, they refused to accept their mistake, but, when I persisted they told me they will send a check. But I have not yet received anything. They also told me to schedule cleaning because my insurance covers it. My mouth is anyways clean why would I come back in this COVID situation because my insurance covers it? I would only go here if you want some cleaning done. For any advanced problems I would look to other doctors. They must also make sure their billing is clean.
