It was probably a full 15 minutes, during which there were no interactions at all with wait staff. When she finally came back, she acted like she had just left, with no apology. After the food was delivered (in a reasonable amount of time) by other staff members, our server reappeared one more time and I finally got a refill of my empty glass (probably 10 minutes empty). Then, no more visits until we flagged her down for the check. Then the funny part: My daughter was almost out of Pepsi and the server asked if she wanted a refill. My daughter said, "Yes, could I get a to-go cup?" Instead of bringing a regular new cup of Pepsi, the server brought back a small plastic cup, barely larger than a Dixie cup, for my daughter to pour the watered-down remains of Pepsi from her regular glass into. No "to-go drink" was offered besides that. And it was just a fountain Pepsi! The whole experience was just frustrating. They were badly short-staffed, but no one acknowledged how long everything was taking. What keeps it out of 1-star territory is that the food was solid.
