    Balloons that cost almost $40.00 for 2 and driven to a hotel a hour after being purchased should look amazing.  However look at the 5.

    Second time purchasing numbers from this location and talk about deflation. So not ok. If you pay $40.00 for two then they should be perfect.

    $15 Ballon Tower

    Bought a Mylar ballon tower for my son's bday that was 2 days ago. I made the stupid mistake of leaving it at home so my son had no ballon's at his party as that was the only one I bought. I looked at the return policy on my receipt and read it thoroughly. There was no mention of balloons not being returnable. I tried to return the ballon tower which was $15! The mgr said no because it had been more than 2 days ( bought it 4 days prior). I tried to explain that it was unused and not deflated at all. In fact it was more inflated than several other balloon towers which I pointed out to him. He said that they re-inflate them On a regular basis ( makes sense). What I don't understand is, if it is still fully inflated, not damaged, unused AND the policy does not say final sale or mentions anything about a deadline for returning balloons, why the mgr Henry has to be a hard ass? The tower was totally sellable. He told me to call corporate, which I did in the store. They asked to speak with him and he LIED and said he wouldn't return it because it was open!? What!? They're ALL " open" in the store! I bought it the same way I returned it. Then the teller says well all Ballon's are final sale! Well which is it? Two days, final sale or what the policy says on the receipt? I get that they may not be able to return it, like who reruns balloons? lol.. BUT don't lie to me and tell me various reasons why it can't be returned and none of that is stated or stamped as final sale on my receipt. Yes it's petty but the mgr Henry automatically became hostile the minute he saw me ( because I asked to speak with a mgr) and talked over me from the start! One of the main reasons I'm writing this review. $15 is a lot for a balloon and a lot to waste. Henry you should have made the return especially since the receipt does not say I can't. You could have easily sold that balloon tower. Not worth dealing with corporate ( which you will now have to) or loosing a customer or a bad review!

    Came in early in the morning when they opened to blow up some balloons. They took care of it very fast!

    Fix your phucking yelp!! If you close at 7pm, you need to reflect that on YELP! We drove from San Bernardino and it's 7:04pm! Shame on you

When it's not, it's very difficult to get ahold of someone. I'm leaving this review to highlight technician Tyler Kennedy's helpfulness and sincerity. He followed up on an open ticket we had and when I told him we went through an outside source to resolve the problem (because of the long wait time) he offered to still stop by and check our system.     Amazing no pressure experience from Amanda and the team. Amanda walked us through the process in a…read morevery seamless and efficient way. I asked tons of questions about the installation process, warranty and of course how long the process would take (it was quick). Truly felt like I was the only customer in this process. Communication was timely and at one point in the process prior to committing I asked Amanda to see the type of lights in action. Amanda obliged as did her customers. My request was very last minute and Amanda jumped into action; contacting previous customers so they could turn on their lights (some weren't even home but turned on the lights remotely so we could do a drive by). What we love about the system: lots of pre-programmed light displays or scenes, ability to modify and save your own scenes, ability to turn on remotely and of course the ability to auto program based on the holiday or activity of you choice. Had one minor issue with the system going offline and the team jumped into action to resolve it remotely. The best part of the system is I'm never putting up another light and if I ever sell this house some family is going love the fact that this house is holiday ready. Highly recommend Amanda for her thoroughness, patience and follow up. Oh and btw, we did 3 quarters of the home and fully expect to do the rest of the home next year for a full wrap.
