Had a very bad experience with this place. I didn't receive my chairs & tables the day of my small event because their driver said nobody was there to receive them, which we were outside the whole time. I kept calling him but he would send me to vm. The lack of communication of this driver is ridiculous. I called the place to asked where my rentals were & they said the driver already left to another city & canceled my order a few hours from my event. read more

Decided to have a party last minute, called on the 14th and party was on the 16th. Sounds silly, but most other party rental companies don't answer their phones. This company answered their phone every time I called even on the day of delivery to add on to my order. Star Party Rentals did not only have what I needed, but were able to accommodate my request to add to my original order of tables and chairs on delivery date (called super early tho). My order included a canopy which they setup and took down with no issues. I would 100% recommend this company for party rentals due to their ability to handle incoming calls and being pleasant to talk even if you're feeling overwhelmed for planning a party short notice. read more

Called in asking to rent tables, chairs and tents and apparently because my event was a "baby shower" and not a wedding it wasn't good enough for the woman who answered. Never had a rental place do this before. Event was over 100+ people. Won't be recommending this place to anyone. read more

I called the week of that I needed this party rental and was able to book for that upcoming Saturday. Doris was very nice, professional, and kind. She made my reservation and let me know the jumper would be setup between 9-12. They arrived around 10 and were very kind and quick in setting up the jumper. Originally it was scheduled to be picked up the next day but I asked if it could be picked up that evening at 9 being as though the space that the jumper was placed was a community space and not my own. They kindly said they were okay with that. They provided the extension cord and made sure the jumper was secure after setting up. They also cleaned out the jumper with a blower to get rid of any dust/dirt that was there. We were able to enjoy the jumper all day. They promptly arrived at 9pm and we thanked them immensely for their professional and kind business. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
