I have been so pleased with this practice. I've been referred for Achilles lengthening surgery by three different doctors but I chicken out every time. I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I had previously rescheduled due to illness and work constraints, and I was committed to making today's appointment. Unfortunately, I misread my reminder and believed my appointment was at 4:00 PM. I drove over an hour, encountering heavy traffic, construction, and an accident. My GPS showed an ETA of 4:00 PM when I received a call from your office.m at 352 pm,  I was told that if I was not there by 3:45 PM, my appointment would be canceled. I explained I was already enroute &  only 8 minutes away to arrive at 4, but was met with a very dismissive response and told the doctor could not wait a few minutes. As someone in significant pain, I found the lack of compassion & professionalism very disappointing. I followed up with a phone call to the office after 11:00 AM the next day because no one responded to the email I sent regarding how I was treated. During that conversation, I learned that the issue was not actually that the office had closed. While the office manager acknowledged that the practice closes at 4:00 PM despite many online listings showing 5:00 PM, she explained that Dr. Price had personally instructed the staff to call me when she learned I was running late. When she found out I would not arrive on time, she left the office before I got there. The staff then called to ask if I wanted to reschedule. I do not. After this experience, I will not be returning to this office. I will be transferring to another location and would choose a different podiatrist altogether if one were available in my network. Based on my experience, I did not feel valued as a patient, and I believe the Douglasville office lacks concern for the patients it serves. read more

I had to get 2 ingrown toenails removed. My doctors were so nice, and even asked me my favorite color, and got the bandage to be my favorite color. Went amazing, and now i feel so much better! The ingrown toenails used to be so bad, and now theyre gone! Definitely would recommend this place read more

I was a 10+ year patient of this facility but no more. It took 4 visits to get one small ingrown toenail removed. This procedure was drawn out over 6 weeks of continual copays and complaints of pain. After bringing my displeasure to their attention, I never even received a response. Thanks to Dr. Mustafa, my issue was resolved by her even though she did not perform the faulty initial procedure. The staff and Dr. Price provide excellent service and my whole family uses this office for all issues pertaining to our feet. Dr. Price is so knowledgeable and efficient and takes the time to answer all of our questions. Their COVID protocols makes us feel safe for our in-person visits. Dr. Mustafa is a great doctor who listens and cares for her patients. She's very nice and I always leave her office feeling better and in good spirits. The whole staff is amazing and are so very nice! It's never a long wait time and it's a comfortable place to be. read more

Disappointed! (only gave one star because I had to) My Moms PCP referred her to this place. We had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment which was fine. The appointment was for 11am. We got there at 11:11am and was told my mom didn't have an appointment. I was baffled. Finally they said "Oh we cancelled her appointment". Mind you my mom is elderly has issues with her hips after a replacement surgery, has a walker and swollen sore feet so needless to say it took us some time getting out of the car and into the office. When I asked the reason why the appointment was cancelled, they said oh it was a " No Show". I was baffled when we were obviously standing right there in front of them but fine I kept my cool because my Mom (who never leaves home) made the trip out here and is now looking to me to get her the help that she needs. Sitting helpless and in pain on her walker, I asked do you think its possible for Dr. Mustafa to still see us? We are willing to wait. I was told flat out - NO sorry go back home and reschedule. I was completely taken aback as the waiting room was completely empty not one person in the entire place. Ive never been treated so poorly by a doctors office staff. I seriously doubt Dr. Mustafa even knew this issue occurred so I don't blame her. In conclusion, I got my mom back into the car, and immediately called "Georgia Blue Foot & Ankle" and they told me to bring her in right away. Dr. Cowen immediately identified a potentially serious vascular issue and referred her to a specialist. Thank you Georgia Blue Foot & Ankle! I would not recommend anyone go to village podiatry centers as the staff is cold and uncaring. read more

I took my elderly mother to Dr. Garten which is located in Dr. Michelle Vera's Office in Villa Rica, Ga. on Tuesdays of each week. The initial visit we waited 1 hr. after her appt. before the Dr. came in the room. Yesterday 7-31-13 we waited 1 hr. and 25 mins. past her appt. time before the Dr. came in the room. When I complained about the long wait, the Dr. did apologize but then said " that's just the way it is" Unless you've got all day, find another doctor. read more
