It has a limited collection of few t-shirts and sweaters (if you want shirts with funny and cute designs, go to Made in Omaha across the street). This store sells a few souvenir items from Nebraska like magnets, keychains. They also have greeting cards, umbrella, toys like harmonica, and stuffed toys shaped like corn, etc. The lady at the Tannenbaum Christmas Shop answered my questions about the merchandise on Old Market Sundries section. Items are reasonably priced.

We were able to find all the keychains and shot glasses we needed. Not only did they have Omaha/NE branded items, but they also got items from nearby Iowa. If you are planning on driving through Iowa but still want to take a piece home for yourself, then this is a good spot to stock up as well. The day we shopped here turned out to be the cashier's first day. We had a good time chit chatting about our travels on Route 66 and how we had been on the road for what felt like decades. With great service and a nice selection, this is certainly the best one-stop shop that I can think of for anything Omaha related.

I normally think of antique shops as cluttered and dusty but this was far from that stereotype. Everything was nicely spaced and looked to be very clean. Seems to be mostly furniture items including dressers, desks and chairs. There is a downstairs, but it was unfinished space with not quite as nice items. Oddly enough, the thing that we were intrigued with the most was the selection of hand soaps and cleaners. There are a few shelving units in the middle of the store displaying these items and they small incredible. I had asked the lady working there if they were locally made, which I think in a roundabout way she said yes, but after doing a little research, I later discovered they were not. I guess at least we were buying them at a local store. The foaming hand soap is reasonably priced for the size and there are matching multipurpose cleaners. I highly recommend the Honey Almond and Lemon Basil scents. We loved them so much that we went back to grab a few for holiday gifts. Definitely a decent spot to spend a few minutes browsing around if you happen to be in the neighborhood.

I think one of the owners must make the candles . I have been buying the tea lights for me and my mom, a great deal at three for a dollar. They come in different scents and they have pumpkin and apple scents for fall. They also have crystals, incense, books, stained glass, essential oils and tarot decks. They have readers at the store on a regular basis for those needing a reading .For those that are fans of the wild berry incense they have that brand., personally I prefer Satya incense but a lot of people love wiildberry incense. They did have a bit of satya too. The people working there were warm and friendly, answered all my questions and it felt like they trusted me and wanted my business. You know what's better than being a kid in a candy store? Being an adult in a candy store! Because you have money . Had a nice conversation with staff, about candy. I like candy! I bought some chamoy gummy bears. Then I decided to check out the other side, which is bursting with color, too. Mainly things that used to be referred to as "tobacco accessories". And also socks, lots and lots of novelty socks, like a bigger selection than maybe I've ever seen. I don't know if there is a connection between these items. Some items are a little overpriced, some are fair, and there are bargains to be found too. Old Market is what Old Market is... It's geared to tourists and things are often a little high priced in areas like this. So is their rent usually... Stop by and check out The Antique Annex if you are in the Old Market area! It had a bunch of unique odds and ends and blended the affordable with the expensive. Basically it was what I expected from an antique store, but had some unique finds that you don't see everywhere which I enjoyed. Was it cheap? no, but honestly most antique stores aren't cheap these days. We didn't find anything to take home with us but had a really fun time browsing and I'd recommend for anyone interested in antiquing that finds themselves in this part of Omaha.

I believe that different days are different prices, but I happen to come on the day that it was $12 and there wasn't one item in any of those bins or tables that was worth that. I've been to several bins stores before and usually on the above $10 day is usually a good day to get good nice items... But this was not the case everything was super cheap and not worth $12. They did sell other items that seemed to be reasonably priced but wasn't sure if they were good deals or not probably could get the same item at target for the same price. Compared to other bin stores... This would be at the bottom of my list.

We found a cookware set and were able to get it for 70% less than you would pay on Amazon. It was even in the original packaging and never used. We do think we will come back to the store often to see all their new arrivals.
