Said they would be back the next day to put the new wiring harness on it. Showed up a few days later with the wrong wiring harness and said it would be 3 months to get the correct one. They also took the damaged wiring harness with them so I could not try to solve the problem elsewhere. They swore they didn't take it on multiple occasions before finally finding it at their warehouse and bringing it back to us. Today their operations manager at the corporate office said the harness is discontinued and I should scrap the forklift. They made 0 concessions in this whole mess and refused to give us a loaner lift for any amount of time. Mistakes happen. How a company deals with issues shows their true colors. Raymond Storage Concepts talks a big game, but only cares about dollars in the long run. I would have been so much better off if I would have never called them. Don't make the same mistake I did. Run
