Their office hours are only 8am-11am so if they forget the trash you can't get ahold of them until the next day for someone to come get it. And they would send someone out the next day. The last straw was they didn't show up to pick up our trash so I called and left a message on their Facebook messenger and never got a reply. Turns out we didn't pay the last months bill but we also didn't receive a bill like normal. Instead of communicating this they just didn't pick up the trash and ignored our calls and messages.

When the bags landed against the wall my glass bottles at the bottom broke. Made me feel very unwelcomed to the point im not sure I trust them to have counted them correctly. We tried to say something and got an attitude. Definitely will NOT be back and will not recommend this business to anyone.
