We called Holcomb's Transport & Recovery for a tow and they were there in probably 15 minutes which, considering traffic, was pretty impressive! The tow truck driver, Zach, was friendly and professional and had our car towed in no time. Our car was, unfortunately, un-drivable so we got a rental to return home. Then the rental got a flat on the highway and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere! We called the rental agency and they sent roadside assistance and who shows up? Holcomb's Transport & Recovery! This time the driver was a real nice guy named Chauncey and he had our tire changed and had us on the road in a matter of minutes. This man spent his life in servitude of others, always offering kindness and help to those in need and B&M Towing treated him so badly.
