So, if you ever have an emergency that requires a tow truck and it's after hours and you do NOT have cash, they will NOT help you!!! So, I called Burkes & Mahoney. They DID accept credit cards and responded immediately to my request for help!!! From the dispatcher to the tow truck driver, their customer service was TOP NOTCH!!! My wife and I were shopping in Hot Springs when our car broke down at a stop light (at rush hour on…read morea Friday, no less). We called Holcomb's Transport & Recovery for a tow and they were there in probably 15 minutes which, considering traffic, was pretty impressive! The tow truck driver, Zach, was friendly and professional and had our car towed in no time. Our car was, unfortunately, un-drivable so we got a rental to return home. Then the rental got a flat on the highway and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere! We called the rental agency and they sent roadside assistance and who shows up? Holcomb's Transport & Recovery! This time the driver was a real nice guy named Chauncey and he had our tire changed and had us on the road in a matter of minutes. I'd never needed to use the services of Holcomb's Transport & Recovery before but I was glad they were there for us today! If you're in the Hot Springs area and need a tow I highly recommend them!

However, as he was walking out, the front desk receptionist--who was already in a horrible mood--yelled at him, "CLOSE THE F***ING DOOR," which completely shocked him. His friend, who was with him, turned around and asked, "What did we do?" Instead of calming down, she continued with an aggressive attitude and yelled, "GET THE F*** OUT OF HERE." She then made offensive remarks, saying, "Just cuz y'all are illegal, y'all think y'all can do whatever the f*** y'all want," and continued making hateful comments.
