The owner, Billy, came with the 2 workers at 8 am, assessed the situation and gave us a quote which was considerably less than another quote we were given and the quote included completely rewiring and bringing it to code. Billy came by later that day to inspect the job. The two workers were great. The job took all day. I work from home and I hardly noticed them in the back yard doing the work. They came out on time, figured out the issue pretty quickly, and got everything working again. I had such a good experience that I decided to bring them back for a bigger project. They installed eight recessed lights in my living room and dining area, added a ceiling fan, installed an additional light in the bathroom, and retrofitted some of the older lighting in my kitchen. Everything came out great and really made a difference in the house. What I appreciated most was how professional and respectful they were of my home. They cleaned up after the work and even came back to patch the holes and take care of a few things on the walls that they really didn't have to fix. That extra effort definitely stood out to me. Pricing was very fair, communication was great, and the overall experience was excellent. I'll definitely be calling Zel Electric again when I have another project around the house.
