The store felt friendly and welcoming, and the staff were patient while checking everything out. They explained that they don't refurbish items, only resell, so because one of the controllers had a sticky button and a worn joystick pad, they couldn't accept the consoles. It made sense, and they were clear about it. Even though we didn't end up selling, they were still helpful and took the time to guide us, which I appreciated. Overall, still a positive experience.

The records are in the back, in a dimly lit corner. It's like going to a thrift store, because the records aren't really organized. You can tell that at one point they did attempt to attempt to organize them by genre, but they don't keep up with it. So records are all over the place--stacked on the floor, in boxes, etc. I think if you have the time to pick through all of their stuff, and go through boxes, you can find find some good stuff. But I really had to pee, so I had to cut my vinyl hunting short!

The hip hop and indie rock sections were not far behind in terms of their ability to invoke nausea. Of the two staff I spoke to, one seemed to know absolutely nothing and the other was just as unhelpful while also being condescending and rude. I guess this place is fine if you're starting out or just want to grab the latest RSD repress of that album that already has dozens of pressings and leave immediately, but don't bother stopping by if you're looking to dig or get excited because this store has nothing to offer actual collectors.
