They are also short staffed and at times disorganized because of these staffing shortages. That being said, there are some exceptional, caring, friendly, professional and knowledgeable employees that I would like to recognize. Jasmine Roberts is a fantastic CNA (certified nursing assistant). She is extremely attentive, knowledgeable and professional while being friendly with all of the patients. She never complains about dealing with very difficult situations, circumstances and people. She never misses her rounds, never avoids the difficult tasks like bathing patients, never complains about coworkers, calls patients and their family members by name, never shows anger even under very stressful conditions and is an example for others to follow. Christine James who oversees the kitchen staff does a phenomenal job. She always greets the patients, asks for their opinions on the food, asks if they need anything else and genuinely cares about their wellbeing. Patty Matlick in the business office also does outstanding work. She answered all my questions and she handled all of the paperwork to get Medicaid approved for my wife and kept me up to date and well informed during the entire difficult and stressful process.

What does change is the staff they have a horrific turnover and can not keep a Director, Asst Director or care staff.
