I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in to have the back glass replaced (badly cracked each time, yeah I suck) and to have a new battery installed. Every single guy I've interacted with has been awesome. They are very friendly, work quickly, care about the customers and are VERY accommodating. HOW accommodating you might ask? Well I brought my phone in yesterday to have the back glass and battery replaced. They were able to fix the back glass no problem but did not have the battery at the north park location so they asked to come in tomorrow. I mentioned that I wouldn't make it by closing because of my work commute. Well that didn't deter them from being awesome at all. Not only did Miguel, from the downtown shop, bring the battery up from his store, but he showed up at the north park location 30 minutes after closing AND replaced the battery for me. I choose to support local businesses and I am MORE than happy to spend some time writing up a review (here and on google) for great people behind a great local small business. When I left I couldn't use tap to pay to make the payment so I paid with Apple Cash via text. I also have a digital key I use for my car - that didn't function so I messaged them. I reset the phone and still don't function but I messaged them and they told me to bring it back on Monday. I paid 65.00 best price around though. I promise that I will update this review Monday once I have completed the repair and they've checked my phone out to figure out why the tap is not functioning now. UPDATE! Went back on Monday and the took care of my issue, tested it thoroughly and got my tap to pay and digital keep working in less than an hour. Phone is good as new! They couldn't fix it and said apple charges $300 for that fix. We decided to take it to phone zone for a cheaper repair (quoted less than half the price of apple) and lo and behold it was just a metal piece of the charger like we originally thought. The repair guy was super nice and it was a very reasonable price to remove/clean the port. I will definitely be bringing my devices here from now on.

I have a friend who is very bad with phones. Throws his smart phones around like they were the old…read morebrick phones (he's too young to remember those too). On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.
