When I mentioned I was still shopping around, he immediately offered me a $20 discount with a coupon they had available. I decided to move forward with them, and the drop-off process was quick and easy. Alex explained the timeline clearly and even asked if I wanted to add a tempered glass protector. The next day, I was able to cancel the protector I had ordered online and called them back. Although they didn't answer right away, Luis returned my call within 20 minutes and was just as professional. He even offered me a further discount on the screen protector.
