PROMISED that by doing even one portion of the work it would 'break the underground roots' of one of the types of plants and kill a large portion of the plant material. Suggested re-sloping the pond edges. Well, they re-sloped the pond edges NOT by removing sediment but by removing the grass bank. They removed some sediment but created MORE shallow areas than we had before they started. The algae & plants are WORSE because of this. When I initially called to tell him how disappointed we were, he said they would make it right, we're an honorable company, blah blah. Then he kept delaying coming out to 'see what's going on.'
