They asked me if I knew where the main was, and while I did, there was a slimy looking critter curled up around the handle and I wasn't about ready to put my hand near it. The plumber suggested that the water company would come out and turn it off until he could get there. Thank you! I hadn't thought of that. The plumber arrived on time. He was courteous and especially careful not to track red dust into my home. He said the spigot was old. I called back Late January and left a message. No response I spoke with Jerry Monday 4-14, asked about getting the filter replaced, they are making noise and could possible have another issue. Jerry told me he would look up the parts availability and call me back in the afternoon. No call back Monday or Tuesday. I called and spoke to Jerry this morning (Wednesday) and he says he can be there with the filters in 1.5 hours. This was 10:30 am. I told him the name of the contact person at the house and he said no problem. Now it is 4pm and still haven't heard from anyone and no one arrived at the home. I have no idea if they do good service or bad, but if it is this hard just to get a call back or a service appointment that someone actually shows up to, I will just find someone else. It would have been nice to use the people that evidently installed and serviced the original system, but Im confident a new company will figure it out.
