I called back Late January and left a message. No response I spoke with Jerry Monday 4-14, asked about getting the filter replaced, they are making noise and could possible have another issue. Jerry told me he would look up the parts availability and call me back in the afternoon. No call back Monday or Tuesday. I called and spoke to Jerry this morning (Wednesday) and he says he can be there with the filters in 1.5 hours. This was 10:30 am. I told him the name of the contact person at the house and he said no problem. Now it is 4pm and still haven't heard from anyone and no one arrived at the home. I have no idea if they do good service or bad, but if it is this hard just to get a call back or a service appointment that someone actually shows up to, I will just find someone else. It would have been nice to use the people that evidently installed and serviced the original system, but Im confident a new company will figure it out.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink…read more The guys showed up and diagnosed the problem and made a correction to the dishwasher drain hose and the leak seemed to be corrected. A few days later, the leak issue came up again. The guys came back out and made a different correction as the new leak seemed to be a different cause than the first. The did not charge me for the return visit. As with any diagnostic, it may not have been perfect...we are all human after all. However, they were willing to stand up for their work and correct it without charge. That's solid customer service! BTW, the second trip, they came immediately after the call to them and they had to stay about 90 minutes to make sure it was perfect. I'll hire them for all plumbing needs in the future!
