They were efficient, came in on the lower end of the quote, and kept me informed of their progress throughout the job. I called just in time today around noon. I asked Justin if he could look at my watering system box that wasn't working. He told me he was doing a job in anthem, and I could text him at 3pm to get an eta. I did that and he came not much later. He is soft spoken, humble, and quick...turns out my electrical outlet needed to be reset...he did this quickly. He didn't charge me anything. I need to reprogram my watering system but everything works. I'm grateful for his service, quick response, and professionalism. read more

Justin and his crew took on a big task by taking our dreams and making them a reality in our new home. We picked Justin because with the scope of the project we wanted to see his work and talk to previous customers. He was happy to make a few calls and took me to see and talk to previous customers. He even invited me to see a similar job they were working on. My favorite part was the extension of the driveway, because the the driveway was so narrow and the river rocks were such a pain to drive over. Now it is easy to access all three garages and the RV gage area with the pavers. His crew were very respectful to my neighbors cleaning up after themselves on the property and the street. He came by to give me an estimate (about 35 minutes late) and told me it would be $400 to $800 with 2 people and 4 to 8 hours of work, but would not be until May 3rd or so. Had high hopes for this company. I should have known better when their estimate was much lower than competitors. I had them replace my drip irrigation system. They took shortcuts like barely burying the feeder lines. They did not do the work as I requested. They also refused to come back to finish the work as agreed upon. Use them if you want to save some money but you will get substandard work. read more

It was a very bad experience with Justin at Just in time landscaping. Justin is 1. Incapable 2. Irresponsible 3. Overcharge per professional plumbers for low quality of work. He was dishonest about he didn't really know plumbing. He took the job and told me that they could repair it. He said that they were only responsible for replacing the broken ball valve and parts but not for water running. The professional plumbers were interviewed to re-do the job done by just in time landscaping said that "who did the job did not know what they were doing." They also said that the cost should be under $200.00 with the low quality of the shutoff valve. The estimate of material was around $40.00. Justin charged me $500.00 and declined responsibility for ensuring water running. I requested a refund for his overcharge and low quality of work. He refused it. Justin knew the main line was broken; he should let me know that he is not an expert. He needed to do the job right and be responsible when he took the job. Can he tell his customers that he only installs the irrigation system but does not ensure water is running? read more

Justin bid on three projects for me. 1. A paver driveway extension. 2. A Cedar backyard picket fence. 3. A backyard patios project. 1. The driveway extension was redone by a licensed paver contractor due to paver shift and underlying support quality issues. No repair or value exchange was offered by Just-In-Time. 2. The backyard fence project was misrepresented. The bid was very cost effective in comparison to the other fence contractors. Justin claimed on his proposal that a Cedar picket fence would be installed. He and his crew actually installed a Home Depot Pine panel fence... and... it took over ten days just to get the main double gate finished. I supplied supplied them with gate schematics to assist. The gate was eventually re-engineered and repaired by a licensed landscape contractor. The Pine pickets are bending and there are sagging issues. This fence will eventually have to be replaced with what I originally desired. Needless to say... Justin-In-Time did not get the larger patios project. read more
