On the morning of the due date of arrival, they called and said they could only give me a floor model, which they claimed was brand new but it was easy to see from the scuffs and scratches that this was likely a model they'd removed from somewhere, it sure didn't look new when you looked carefully. After having jerked me around these band of crooks told me to F..Off after I said that I wanted a full refund as they hadn't honored our agreement. So they gave me a refund $6500. If you want to be ripped off, you know where to go.

I took it to the counter which was to my left about 6'. No one was around and suddenly I noticed a gentleman sitting in one of the comfy patio chairs to the left of the counter. I said, "excuse me, do you have any more of this"? I waited about 30 seconds for an answer assuming he did not hear me. I asked the same thing just slightly louder. Nothing. Finally, I went and stood in front of him about 2 feet back and asked again. He was too busy looking at his phone watching a movie or something to even acknowledge my existence. Again, I waited about 15 - 20 seconds, nothing. So I put the product down on the counter and walked out. Guess it was the owner. There is no customer service in this store. I wonder how they stay in business. I will never step foot in this store again.

Pool service always seems to be a contentious service. So I try not to be too demanding. The thing…read moreI do not like are "rubber stamp" service invoices. Clear vision comes out when scheduled and seemed knowledgeable. My big gripe is the weekly service report. The repot itself is very nice & professional looking. It includes current picture of the pool / spa from after it being serviced, along with a section that lists the water Ph, Chlorine PPM, date & time. It has a check box section for what the tech did that day, Chemistry Checked, Brushed tile/walls/benches/bajas Vacuumed Skimmed Emptied baskets Gate closed The problems I have with this is the boxes are always checked. I have a report that shows all boxes checked and the picture of the pool from the day of service shows the pool has a layer of unbroken ICE on the top. How could you brush, skim, vacuum a pool that is frozen? I m not sure either. We will probably try another company out, I have trust issues when I find things were not done that they told me they did. I also notice that the sometimes they dont check the "emptied baskets" I might not be a pool service tech, but shouldn't the baskets (plural) be emptied every week? Edit. I did go back and look at every service report since December and they have gotten slightly better at not just checking all the boxes, still every other visit on emptying the baskets.

They were very sociable and humorous. They said our delivery was one of the best they had ever done working with a crane. I just wish they had asked me about the location of the cover over the spa before they had attached it. I would have liked it to have been attached to another side of the spa. They explained the basics of keeping the spa balanced. This is my second spa from Bullfrog Spas--they are the best in the field.

They service our spa twice a week (summit was only every two weeks), they send photos of the spa condition after every service, and communicate when the spa needs anything major or just routine, like the water or filters changed. This is a night and day difference from the previous company, it's taken the stress off of us and given us the confidence of knowing our hot tub is sparkling and crystal clear for every single guest. We are super happy with every tech, each interaction is professional and they follow through when they say they're going to do something.
