We told her it would be a two part install from day one. We had them come out and measure but it took two in person visits to get a quote. They were "busy" ( every time we went in they were just sitting at the computer or eating) but said she was working on it. Finally got the quote , we ordered it and had to remind her it was the first installment out of two. She replied that the trip fee will be $275.00. We were aware of the trip fee but never told how much until we pre-paid. Seems like an arbitrary number and ridiculous fee that she should have been upfront about. Overall experience was sub par. Poor communication, did not care and likes to add hidden fees. I do not recommend this place.

The best part is, he doesn't price gouge. Rain gutters aren't cheap (inexpensive) and although my most recent single run of gutter SEEMED expensive, Darin's price was less than the others. I called several. Having said that, Darin was able to match my single run color to the color he had done several years prior on the rest of the house. Why only a single run? We poured concrete on the opposite side of the detached garage and it was getting stained from runoff. That was the last of our gutter needs. The guys did a great job installing and cleaned the place up perfectly. They even spray painted the white receptacle I had in the ground to match!

The painters did little to no prep work (scraping, covering, pressure washing, etc.) prior to painting. They painted the ground, the rocks, our flower beds, hose bibs, etc.. midway through the project they randomly told us they were no longer going to paint our back deck. When we asked them to be more conscientious and considerate of our property, we got a bunch of attitude and aggression from both the painters and their manager Dave. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!
