Though I guess you could say…read morea 4 month wait for my first appointment, and an over-full parking lot could be areas for dissatisfaction, instead I looked at that as proof of a well-managed and popular business. The initial setup and paperwork went very smoothly. Everyone here is very friendly and professional, and even though the dental area of the home is very busy, it's almost as if there's some secret traffic director or choreographer helping things run smoothly. My first consultation with their newest and youngest Dr. Vallecorsa also went really well, even to the point of him offering to reattach a partial crown that had popped off one of my molars unexpectedly a few days earlier. It was great being able to see my teeth on the high-res monitor as well, a luxury I hadn't had at my prior dentist. I'm very glad this practice had been recommended to me.

OK, things happen, we all understand that, but he refused to discuss this with me and explain what happened. I left repeated messages for over one month, being given reassurances by the very nice office staff that he would contact me soon. He never did. He actions could be interpreted as though he did something wrong and was afraid to tell me. Or that he has/had other cases in litigation and was fearful of getting sued again. Hard to know when your oral surgeon will not explain the outcome of a procedure they charged so much for. His staff is very very nice, he betrays their integrity.

Dr. Dweck took a lot of time to do a very thorough examination and consultation regarding my situation. I was surprised that he was able to explain my condition to me is a caring manner and used terms that I could easily understand. He made me feel welcome and did not judge me for my lack of prior care. I was able to understand the situation I was in and the reason for the necessary treatment. I had Dr. Dweck do his recommended course of action. I did lose several teeth due to my neglect, but I love my implants that he and my dentist did to replace the missing teeth. I am now a regular patient of Dr. Dweck's and am glad that he was able to save me from wearing dentures.

He can…read moreonly devote a limited time to each patient so if something goes wrong he just patches things up. Even the receptionists seem to lose their focus from time to time. I had one appointment that never made it into their system. I have had botched work due to Dr. Swalsky's haste twice that caused unnecessary pain, time and expense. I changed dentists after a long time and am happier now, even with the time they devote to the patient. I guess I had forgotten what it's supposed to be like. After talking with the insurance company, it seemed that the bills they had been sent were a mess and things had been billed multiple times for the same procedure. When I reached out to their office they told me that what they said insurance would cover is never a guarantee and is just an estimate so I was still responsible for the remaining. As a single income individual with a mortgage, getting a bill for $850 7 months after a procedure without so much as a courtesy call really puts me into a tough spot.
