My husband had an appointment and the previous time Vincent Michael gave him a haircut it was not a great cut so we were going to give him a second chance. We sent him a few pictures of before and after of what we actually wanted and a simple description. He responded thst things were not "going in a good direction" and that he was canceling at the last minute. He said that we were "stressing him out" and canceled my husband's appointment when he was on his way. This guy has was no patience, and zero tolerance for any kind of input into the kind of haircut my husband wanted. I don't know how he can still be in business. read more

Vince suggested a Brazilian Blowout. I am SO glad I had this done, it made such a difference on this trip and in the months after. I definitely recommend it and will get it done again. I also want to say that Vince himself is such a kind and caring person. He really listened to me when I described my hair journey, issues and concerns. I'm 61, I stopped coloring my hair 2 years ago and I'm still getting used to the woman in the mirror with the gray hair.
