I hoped and prayed that one day I'd fill out a little bit but it never happened. Once I turned 21 I realized my boobs were not magically going to grow, so I started doing some research for a great plastic surgeon who was also reasonably priced. I had actually gone to a couple of consultations to meet some other plastic surgeons and they were either stiff and not very welcoming, crazy prices, or they weren't willing to go as big as I wanted. I actually gave up and waited for another year. I was actually doing a photoshoot with one of my great friends and his ex wife and many of his models have gotten their boobs done by Dr. Mangubat. His ex wife and all of his models that went to Dr. Mangubat looked absolutely incredible. I made an appointment for consultation and they got me an available appt ASAP! Most places couldn't even get me in within the month and they weren't free. Not La Belle Vie! I got in less than a week after I called and was very excited. I went into my appointment anxious, excited, and very curious. I had lots of questions and Dr. Mangubat, the nurses, and even the woman at the front desk was very knowledgable and helpful. My consultation was very comfortable and relaxing. I didn't feel like I was in a cold emotionless Dr's office, it was very warm and welcoming and that's very important when you're looking to have a serious procedure done that can change your life very drastically. He was very light hearted and friendly and I also met with Dr. Hope Sherie and she was equally as amazing. They give you a bra to insert different sizes in and you can put your shirt on and see how you like it. I decided upon 775cc's because I felt like 700cc was too little and 800cc was a scary big number. This was the ONLY PS that was willing to accommodate my body type and the big size that I wanted - and I felt so happy that I could go so big the first time because I was only an A cup. I wasn't trying to get multiple surgeries and wanted to get the most bang for my buck. I was trying to get the procedure done before my 22nd birthday and I wanted to get the recovery out of the way ASAP, and much to my delight we scheduled my surgery just 3 days after my consultation! I'm very happy they had a cancellation. Dr Mangubat and Dr Hope Sherrie were also very helpful and tried to give me the best deal or offer that they had, and I was lucky enough to get the 1k off for the month of may (in 2013). The day of my surgery was just as amazing as my consultation and they were very sweet and gave me a Valium so I wasn't so nervous right before surgery. My anesthesiologist was also wonderful, he was so sweet and asking me about my tattoos and calming my nerves. Before I knew it (my procedure was only 45 min - an hour) I woke up with boobs! i was in a horrible amount of pain but Dr Mangubat was so sweet and made sure I was in no pain before I left. The ER surgeon who stitched up my face recommended Dr. Hutter and I'm so glad he did. Dr. Hutter performed the difficult surgery brilliantly. But, I had a bad reaction to the dissolvable stitches and my body formed cysts around the sutures that never dissolved, which created another webbing appearance in the corner of my eye. Dr. Hutter told me he wasn't sure if he was skilled enough to do a second procedure (due to the delicate area and sensitive skin). I then went to a so-called specialist in Bellevue and had an awful experience-- waited over an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment just to be seen by some junior level elitist doctor who pointed out other flaws that I didn't complain about and never even got to see the specialist. I trusted my gut and asked for another appointment with Dr. Hutter. Not only did he agree to do the surgery, he also did not have any coffee prior to the surgery (probably to ensure steadiness of his hand)! He successfully removed all the cysts and newly created webbing. He was definitely skilled enough. Dr. Hutter and his staff are amazing. Even though they're all highly educated and skilled, they're down to earth, personable, and fun. And I've never had to wait to be seen by them (unlike the pompous staff at that Bellevue plastic surgeon's office). Dr. Hutter and his staff value your time and take pride in their work and results. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation.

On the day of surgery, I was told the procedure was canceled due to a positive nicotine test--something I was never informed would be required on the day of surgery. I was left emotionally devastated and financially drained. No part of the surgery was performed, and the practice refused to return any of my payment. After speaking with the office on the day of the surgery when I was groggy from medications and then one less than 10 minute conversation, the office told me they would not be discussing with me any further my request for a refund or alternative to losing out on my 25k payment.
