I had my 18 year old breast implants removed and a breast lift done in January 2022. Not only were my implants heavy they made my stomach look larger from the sagging (in clothing). I was told while having a mammogram that implants could hide some forms of breast cancer. I researched and got three separate quotes (Sound Plastic Surgery was the middle price) and choose Dr. Josh Copper based on his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. I am pleased with the way that everything turned out. My new breast are beautiful and fit my body perfectly. Before my surgery my right breast was larger than my left and Dr. Cooper was able to even them out. The nursing staff and clinic team were kind, attentive and answered all my questions. I wish I could say my experience at Sound Plastic Surgery was fantastic, however, I am left incredibly disappointed. Everyone there was wonderful but my experience with my surgeon, Dr Sattler was less than impressive. I was very clear with what I wanted for my breast augmentation. I showed him pictures of my goal. He assured me he could achieve this with no issue in order to get my $9000. I chose Dr Sattler because of how convincing he was that he could achieve the results that I wanted. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation. read more

I recently had several procedures at sound plastic surgery, including liposuction on my arms and inner thighs, breast lift and augment and extended tummy tuck. I met with several surgeons in the area over a year a years time and decided to go with this office because they were so friendly and helpful. My family even moved out of state and I stayed behind in Seattle to have my procedures done with this office because this was where I felt most comfortable. My surgery day came and went and I moved home across the country after my one month follow up. Now here I am in November a few months down the road, I noticed that my implant is on the side of my breast nearly in my armpit and that my breasts are still pretty saggy for having a lift. When I bend down, they are tear dropped and when I lay back they go off to the side, which is why I had my breasts done in the first place. I sent an email with a photo of my right breast, addressing just the implant (my main concern at that time because it is PAINFUL) the photo showed my breast, with the implant, very obviously showing on the side of my breast. I was shocked to get a response back, stating, the nurse "could not see the implant and couldn't tell what I was talking about" that"she wasn't sure if that was the implant or just my breast" I'm going to include the photo, but I sent no less than 6 other photos and finally a video where I literally had to push my hands around the implant showing the entire thing on the side of my breast and then me pushing the implant back into my breast, before she would admit that she could see it. I was scheduled a call with the Dr, the call was then rescheduled twice and the second time I was put on hold waiting for the Dr for an eternity. When he got on the phone I felt like he didn't want to be bothered with me. He told me it was rare, basically said that my breasts are lateral and that's just how it's going to look. When I asked about the sagging he told me my breast tissue was just heavy and that's just the way they were going to be and that when I was in town next I could stop by the office. My overall take away was, you got what you got, I'm not going to fix it, You're not in front of me, go away. I spoke to a friend later in the evening who had an augment and she immediately said, you have double bubble, I had that when I had my breasts done, it's a simple fix. I'm going to give you my drs number. I called her Dr. sent him the same photos asked the same questions, he said it's a simple fix, The muscle is not holding the implant in, it needs a mesh to hold it in, he confirmed it is obvious, he said with a lift being preformed my breast should not be sagging and falling back. He was willing to schedule me in and fix the problem. Give your money to a surgeon who wants to make sure you are happy even if there is a problem AFTER the surgery. I am so disappointed with this office. This was years of saving for me and they have taken something from me that I spent years waiting and planning for. UPDATE: it has been 3 weeks since my last email to the office. They still refuse to schedule me an appointment for revision. They are ignoring my emails and phone calls. The last response was "swing by the office when you're in town" knowing full well, that I am across the country and that it would need to be a planned visit for me to have revision surgery. Point blank, the Dr does not want to do my revision surgery, despite my being in pain, it is of no concern to him. I have not even mentioned how he left HALF a tattoo on my vagina from my tummy tuck. I'm going to post more photos and update my review this week. Do NOT go to this office for your cosmetic procedures, you will not leave happy. I have seen a couple other plastic surgeons before, and the one thing that stands out the most with Sound Plastic Surgery is that the don't sell you a product that you don't need. And believe me others do, as well as they water down product to give you a price you think is amazing. Had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. My belly button looks ridiculous. My waist scar is high and uneven (not surprising as I wasn't marked up while standing). Had complications after breast aug, had to go back under to have one side fixed. The placement is terrible, which I could blame on my build UNTIL I read about pocket placement and pocket revisions, now I'm certain it was just poorly done. I'm not one to write bad reviews EVER. But it's been 5ish years and I still stew about it everyday. Just hoping some mom super pumped about doing this, takes more time than I did to really find the right surgeon. Definitely 5 starts for Dr. Sattler and team! I went to Sound Plastic Surgery when I decided that I wanted to get my lips "done" for the first time. Erin answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. She was very informative, answered all of my questions and was very sweet. This was my first time with any injections so I was a little nervous. When I arrived I met Erin and Julie, they were very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Sattler was professional and informative and distracted me with bad jokes :) so I wouldn't look at the needles. It hardly hurt at all and...I have a top lip now! Juvederm was a great choice and my lips look natural and feel great. I came here about two weeks ago to get my dermal piercings removed, I wanted the least amount of scarring and I didn't really trust a piercer to remove them. I wanted to get them removed because my body was rejecting the left one and causing a terrible infection. I did some research and came across this place. I emailed them about a consultation, price, etc. One of their receptionist responded very quickly and was so informative and sweet! I came here during a weekday with my friend, and the building is a little confusing to find but they have a parking garage and are located near the UW Medicine building near the University Village. Upon arriving, we were greeted and offered beverages (water, tea, or coffee) and I had to fill out a two page form. After filling out some paper work, one of Dr. Cooper's assistant (I believe) did a quick consultation with me about my dermal piercings. Moments later, Dr. Cooper came in and examined me and we did the procedure that day. I didn't need insurance for this procedure, because most health insurances wouldn't cover this anyway. The procedure probably only took about 10 minutes, I didn't feel any discomfort except for when he was numbing me (that was the only painful part but it went by quick) Him and his assistant made me feel comfortable and at ease, because my friend wasn't allowed in the room. They gave me lots of bandaids and ointment to take home, and also called the following day to check up on me. I would recommend this place to anyone! I know I only got a small procedure done, but I feel like my wounds are healing so nice and these "scars" will fade away in no time! Dr. Cooper and his staff are really friendly, approachable, and so caring! The procedure was a little pricey, but worth it and I don't regret coming here. Saw Dr. Sattler for Botox and it was my first time. He is very friendly and does not pressure you at all to do more than necessary. The results of my first treatment weren't exactly what I wanted but it wasn't the doctor's fault. Sometimes you have to see how your muscles will react to Botox. I went back in after two weeks and he saw exactly what I didn't like (again, it was minor) and the next time I came in 3-4 months later, he knew exactly what to do. After doing a lot of research, I chose Dr. Sattler for my first facial injections because of his specific expertise in this field. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Both Dr. Sattler and his staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. During my consultation for tear trough correction, Dr. Sattler recommended juvederm needle application and explained why this was the best choice for my case. Really disappointed honestly in the overall service I received. I had a breast reduction surgery done a little over two years ago. Dr Cooper pressured me into not going as small as we could. He told me to trust him to give me the best feminine shape without going down to the cup size I wanted. I wish I hadn't trusted him. Two years later I'm completely healed and still facing most of the same problems I had before. Neck and back pain etc. My biggest piece of advice to anyone out there considering this surgery, know what you want and stick to your guns. My experience was extremely positive and extremely negative at the same time. I'll start with the GREAT: both the front office staff and medical assistant were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Could not have been better. The GOOD: Dr. Scott's bedside manner, for a doctor he was engaging and seemed knowledgeable. Also good was the doctors Botox skills. My eyebrows were on fleek in a week. Most beneficial was the many Botox injections in my jaw. Difference was night and day. Muscles haven't been that relaxed in years. The BAD: my eye trough injections. OMG not only did the filler not make it to the hollowed out trough, it sat on my occipital bone making the trough look worse. And it was lumpy + I had dark bruises that I'm still dealing with 3 months later. Ugh. I consulted two other plastic surgeons who both balked at the type of filler used...Juvederm. Which I had dissolved in order to look somewhat normal again. Re-filled with a proper filler. I once again looking human, thank god. I would only go back for Botox read more

It appears Dr. Sattler is good at small surgeries. I would not recommend him at all for breast reduction with tumor removals, they had to remove both my nipple areola complexes and place them back on as skin grafts due to the placement and size of the mass in my right breast. I had surgery on 4/22/15 he was not the only provider involved but he was the main provider. He and his staffs follow up was sub par. They told me they were leaving me messages, I received one phone call the day of surgery. I didn't feel cared for at all. I was in his office on May 8th 2015 for a follow up post op, I was radiating heat, I was in constant pain, he treated me like a drug seeker(I still had a full prescription of pain meds), he made me think I was crazy since I wasn't in the category of "most people". My grafts were bleeding, I was begging for help, I asked if I needed antibiotics, he said no. Two days later May 10th 2015, I ended up in the nearest clinic asking for help since I provider wouldn't help me. I was at that time radiating heat a foot away from me, I was bleeding had puss coming out of my grafts, a swab was taken that was later confirmed via lab... yep, infection. I was put on massive amounts of antibiotics. When I returned to his office on May 29th 2015 for another post op I met Julie, who interrogated and ridiculed me for 15 minutes. She raised her voice at me when I told her I shouldn't have had to seek care from another provider. I did what most normal adults would do in these situations, I walked out, wasn't going to take the abuse any longer. I did not deserve to be treated poorly for taking my care into my own hands and seeking help when I clearly needed it and was denied help by my provider. The antibiotics helped within 2 hours of starting them I felt better, too bad I had to collapse from the intense pain before I got help. It's really interesting that my phone didn't ring until about 45 min after I walked out of his office without seeing him on May 29th 2015, and I have not heard from the office since. With all infections left untreated there could be death, I could have died due to his negligence. They did realize recently, the off site billing person did not bill out the procedures correctly and have recently re processed all claims making this entire horrific experience fresh in my head. Seeing the claims go through and getting the EOB's makes me want to scream. This billing person is not good at what she does, I had to speak with her a couple of times about my pre authorization and why she was lying to me after calling my insurance company. If Dr. Sattler is wondering, i'm a little deformed but knew that would happen, my scaring hurts at times and I have phantom pains from the mass that was in my right breast that aches and pushes so I grab it to see what's going on and it's nothing. Thank you for making me look better in dresses, that's the best thing that came from my surgery. read more
