Staff were warm and welcoming. I picked up my favorite candle, some hand wash, and got a little voucher for some money off my next different treatment since I was a first-time customer, new customer. Parking is free if you're there for the salon. Otherwise, you have to pay behind the building. Really nice experience. Luckily she had not left yet. She was about to. It's a 45-min drive. Seven weeks out to schedule an appointment and they cancel at the last second. I understand people get sick unexpectedly but when you are booked out that far in advance you should have a backup plan and not just say we will have to reschedule.
