Then I received an email saying 8-1. They showed up at 1:15. I just got out of the hospital and needed my son to assist me at medical appointments. I called them twice during the day to just be told they are out for delivery. When the driver finally showed up he tells me was to be here early but his equipment got stuck in the mud. Extremely poor customer service. That information soul's be relayed to the customer. My son could have provided assistance to me at my medical appointments instead of waiting around from 8-1. The managers could have cared less. They just lost a long time customer who just spent almost 3k on this order.

The reason why l gave 1-star is because of the women at Warren location, to at least check to see where, stock inventory was supposed to be, also, Mennards does not honor "Veteran's" with discounts. Earning addtional stars is for actions/things above & beyond. Service seems to be evaporating in most businesses these days. Especially as brick & morter establishments try to compete on price from their web competitors, service is costly to provide and often the number, and quality, of staff is dimished in order to have more competitive prices. Mortimer has excellent, knowledgable staff that listens to what you want. Over the course of 3 visits and a couple of telephone conversations, I've found the people that I've dealt with professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The measure of a good business is what happens when things don't go as expected, when things take an unexpected turn. I am impressed with way that Mortimer does business, while I return again to complete the project, I suspect that I'll continue to return again and again. To be updated...

He didn't give up and his GM supported the time it took to resolve the issues we were having. I will never purchase a cell phone elsewhere, definitely not even from my carrier. The customer service I received today was amazing. I work in customer service so I get how frustrating it can be. Both remained friendly and Aaron kept me informed of the whole process. His customer service skills and knowledge was extraordinary. A situation that could been complete misery had me leaving the store with a smile on my face and confident in the service team at my local Best Buy.
