While waiting at home for delivery never came, at the end of the day my Lowe's app said sorry it's delayed but we are working on it. I called a week later they said it's delayed and there is no one to call on the order. Today I called again only to be put on hold which nobody came back to.. I ordered a fence at Homedepot and they had issues but they were able to contact their supplier and get answers. I am tired of waiting without answers will not shop here anymore.

I called them twice during the day to just be told they are out for delivery. When the driver finally showed up he tells me was to be here early but his equipment got stuck in the mud. Extremely poor customer service. That information soul's be relayed to the customer. My son could have provided assistance to me at my medical appointments instead of waiting around from 8-1. The managers could have cared less. They just lost a long time customer who just spent almost 3k on this order.

Mortimer has excellent, knowledgable staff that listens to what you want. Over the course of 3 visits and a couple of telephone conversations, I've found the people that I've dealt with professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The measure of a good business is what happens when things don't go as expected, when things take an unexpected turn.
